We needed a place to stay near the airport and this was perfect. In the old town for all the benefits of restaurants and bars bit the place was quiet and the team super helpful.

Very helpful when we needed a late check-in. Area of the accomodation is excellent.

The room was clean and centrally located. It was great for a short term stay. The check in was a bit complicated. Far too much back and forth for what should have been a simple arrangement.

Great place!

This is a nicely updated comfortable room in an excellent location for roaming through Old Town. There are many restaurants nearby and the marina waterfront is within a couple of minutes walk. The check in was easy and our communication with our host was good. The room was quiet and everything worked well. AC and fridge are always appreciated. We would stay here again.

Google maps had difficulty in leading us to the door, but once we found Villa Ivanka we had a wonderful stay. Deep in the heart of old Trogir, steps away from dozens of eateries and shops, yet very quiet and comfortable.

Nice stay - the room was a little smaller than I expected but it was very clean and quiet. The building itself is tucked away in a quiet spot. Dragana at the travel office is lovely and very helpful. I think the only negative was the early checkout time (10 AM) but it was not the end of the world. I would stay here again if I went back to Trogir.

Located in centre old town Trogir, resturants bars all around , ideal get away for a few days .

The property was clean and the staff was very nice. I took away one star for two reasons. The directions for getting to the property from Uber were not clear. We had to walk a significant distance with luggage and it was not easy. The other reason is there is a very small step (probably 2 inches high) into the bathroom that you can't see but you sure feel it when you ram your toes into it! I did this several times before it registered. Otherwise, the property is great!

It was very clean, the host from the travel agency was great. The room was cooled down when we arrived. The bed was very comfortable. All around a great stay especially for the price.

Walking distance to everywhere nearby. Staff are welcoming and good connect before and after arriving.

The property was fantastic. Very clean and not to mention the amazing staff that walked us to the property to ensure a safe arrival once collecting keys. Definitely recommend if you’re stay a night or a few to explore the beautiful Trogir!

The owner went above and beyond, helping with parking, personalized maps, and writing up food recommendations. She was amazing I cannot complain. However, the room was much smaller than expected, noisy and smelly from surrounding restaurant.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Ivanka. Trogir is such a nice place to visit. We were received by staff from the Villa and they brought us to the room. They also gave us some usefull tips on where to eat and things to do. We enjoyed the stay, rooms are a bit small but it is in very good condition and really worth the price.

Excellent property and location and staff

Everything was excellent except the fact that we found the front door locked in the morning when we were leaving for the airport and we could not leave the house - we were locked in. We were only given one key to our apt work which did not fit in the lock. After trying to call the owner we had to wake up another guests who had two keys - one which fitted the front door. Not only did this make us 20 minutes late for going to the airport, it also made usworried about what could have happened in made of a fire or other emergency when we were locked in. Despite from this everything was great. The rented parking was a bit difficult to find, but the man working there very helpful. I would suggest sending a pin for Google maps with the location to help with this!

The view is lovely. We were on the top floor. Natalia and the owner were very helpful.

A great property for our needs as a travelling family of four. Central location, clean and good facilities. Very comfortable. There did seem to be a bit of problem with ants in the kitchen but it didn’t worry us.

Very good apartment in the old town of Trogir. Perfect location in term of footsteps available of good restaurants, seaside promenade and anti castle.

No reception desk or lobby. More of a building than hotel...

Villa Ivanka was not available when we checked in, so we were placed in a different apartment. It was nice, however there was only one ac unit for the 2 bedroom apartment and it was still hot in the bedrooms when we went to sleep. Also insulation was bad, it was so noisy since it’s close to a square and on top of a restaurant. WiFi never worked.
