I had booked a twin room-double bed with sofa bed, but was given a double room.
We were told that the hotel was full and nothing could be done. The double bed pulled apart into 2 singles but the bedside tables were fixed to the wall so one bed ended up in the middle of the room, no headboard, no bedside table making the room much smaller to walk around and manage our bags.
A staff member came up to the room to check that we were happy which we expressed that we were not for the price we'd paid-this was supposed to be a lovely break for 2 friends to enjoy and we had paid more to stay here only for us to have a smaller room than paid for and one be in the middle of the room. We were offered an apology but nothing by the way of resolution or recompense which is not good enough.
Breakfast was very good as we'd experienced on previous stays, but didn't make up for the room experience and lack of customer service to resolve the room which is 95% of the stay!

The hotel is brilliant. All staff are friendly and helpful. It has a lovely vibe as well. Relaxing and comfortable. The breakfast are to die for. An incredible range on offer. All fresh as well. The entire breakfast area in very comfortable and the breakfast staff are super. Well done to all and thank you for making our stay so enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing

Great location for Lego attractions & Lalandia. Modern, comfortable hotel very reasonably priced. Outstanding staff and breakfast. Would definitely book again when visiting Billund.

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean. Very friendly staff who were happy to help with anything we asked for. Children loved the play room (a ball pit, slides, toys & table tennis). Breakfast was delicious, lots of options and everything very fresh. Location is great too, super close to everything. Would definitely stay again!

Going to LEGOLAND, the hotel is in a good location. The hotel has so much to to for kids , swimming pools and a big play room just amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good hotel whit walking distance like 5 min to Legoland and Lalandia

Enjoyed my short stay at the Lodge. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Food was excellent and I enjoyed using other facilities such as the indoor pool. Ideally placed right next to Legoland for my visit there, but the surroundings were surprisingly peaceful and quiet. You couldn't tell you were so close to a large theme park.

Booked courtyard terrace, placed in tiny, dark basement room. Room very basic, no a/c, very hot. Clean, bed was fine. Extensive breakfast. Walkable to Legoland.

An excellent hotel in all aspects: food, stay, service, staff and amenities. It is very quiet and surrounded by nature. Very nice and comfortable rooms. Children will also enjoy it as it has a swimming pool, outdoor park and playground. Definitely our hotel for our next visit to Billund. We are grateful to you for creating this little paradise to relax and rest.

Great hotel easy access to airport and within walking distance of centre for legoland and Lego house. Breakfast great choice of different food. All staff very friendly and helpful.

It's an Hotel near to the Legoland park and 1Km away from the LEGO House, but anyway the City shuttle bus steps by there and you can reach the City Center quite easily.
Even if a restaurant is lited in the structure, it's not for Dinner, so pay attention to this detail.

Great location. walkable to both Lego house and Lego land, but way more low key than I imagine the Lego resorts are. Great playground and sand for the kids, pool also great! Breakfast was included and a huge spread. Got a lot out of our one night stay here! Wish we’d had more time here.

Very nice hotel and a welcome alternative to the Legoland Hotel for older children.
Our Suite was very nice, clean and spacious.
However… we found the room noisy as the soundproofing between rooms is poor - footfall and slamming doors.

Quiet, Great breakfast, does not do any other meals. 5 minute walk to legoland. 20 mins to legohouse and centre of Billund through sculpture park. Didn’t get to use pool due to time.

There is no air conditioning which puts everything in a bleak perspective. Had to sleep with windows open which might have been better had there been cross ventilation. Then the storm hit so had to close windows. Sweltering and noisy. Terrific breakfast!!!! Bed was hard and uncomfortable.

The breakfast was very good, and personal in the restaurant was nice, as well as the lady who checked us in and night personnel in the reception. But we got a bad experience due to when the staff lied about the incident regarding our dog, penalize us with a cleaning fee of their mistake in addition not clean our room or left any new towels.

3 night stay. Booked Garden Suite Balcony room . 2 adults 14 and 12 yr old boys. Boys were on douple sofa bed in separate lounge area. The hotel is beautiful and so clean ( billund is so claem everywhere) . Staff warm and friendly . Best continental breakfast ever . Pool great for kids . Only cold food to buy at lunch dinner but can order in take away or walk through the pine forrest to town which is 20 mins walk. Would 100% recommend.

This is a nice place to stay to visit legoland. It is a short walk to the park and the staff are very helpful. However, the hotel needs a decent restaurant. At 8 pm, there was nowhere to get a meal, even after walking to the nearby water park « lalandia », where every restaurant closed at 8.
The breakfast buffet is excellent, but it should be after being unable to eat anything the night before.
I also think that a hotel that charges over $300 a night should provide more than two small towels. Pretty stingy!

Very clean, staff very polite and helpful.
Good selection at breakfast, hot food wasnt very hot as had probably been there since it opened and topped up.
Was going to use gym but it smelt, which i think was from being shut up all the time needs door and windows open to let some fresh air in.
Only cold food available in evening, would be nice to be able to get hot food, restaurant not open in evening.
Pool lovely but not big enough when its full of kids.
