Very clean and spacious room. Easy access to dining and shopping. However the cleaning crew was not as helpful as the front desk employees. I got messages about how my stay was going but the moment I texted for the conditioner in the bathroom to be replaced, crickets. I did not get a text response. I asked a maid for conditioner and she handed it to me. I couldn’t install it. I passed by the front desk and asked for the conditioner to be placed in the bathroom. The conditioner was placed but I couldn’t open it. Whoever placed it did not leave it ready for use. It’s in the details and that’s why I give 4 stars

The property is adjacent to many eateries and is convenient if one doesn’t want to drive everywhere. However, the rooms aren’t as clean as one would hope.

Great location, clean and quiet rooms and pretty spacious.

My wife & I checked in, were given keys - but the battery in the room door lock did not work. We were given another room - the keys worked. One sheer shade was pulled all the way down, one was all the way up, both blackout shades were all the way down. The shade motors did not work, a facilities engineer came to the room saying the motors routinely needed to be reset. After trying to reset the motors he stated that they needed to be replaced - we did not see another facilities engineer during our two day stay. The front desk gave us complimentary passes to the breakfast buffet ($14.00 each) - the buffet was no better than the free breakfasts we had received at other hotels. We went to dinner one night and were told they had no salmon (almost a third of the menu items involved salmon). We ordered drinks but were told they had no Kahlua. My wife ordered a glass of red wine which was delivered to the table, but when she explained her historical connection to the winery we were informed they did not have the wine she had ordered and a different red wine was substituted, but they did not charge us for the wine. I was deeply disappointed with our stay.

The pool was closed. Breakfast sucked bad.

Service was great. Variety of shops within walking distance.

The location, easy parking, pool and room decor are great. This was my third time staying at this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

I like the fact that parking was free and the convenience to restaurants, stores, and shops. Everything was in walking distance!!

Was a convenient option for my work related travel experience

This place was clean and very convenient for me. Dislikes were the high price per nite...too much for that place, and the.breakfast was too high, virtuslly noone ate.there. They nailed me.for.$15 the 1st morning, for coffee, bagel and small bit.of.eggs. Too much!

The AC was not working in the room at all. Breakfast was not worth the $14 they were trying to charge.

It was a one night stay and it was clean and safe area about 30 mints from DCA airport . Only wished it would have offer breakfast to all guest.

Everything looks clean but it actually not. The blanket cover smells terrible.
