Heater was so loud we had to turn it off. Sounded like a leaf blower. I could hear someone snoring below me half the night. I turned the tv on to drown out the noise. Needs upgrades. We will try another hotel next time.

It was generally a good stay. Their breakfast offering didn’t open until 6:30 am which was later than needed for our groups schedule. Also, they seemed to be understaffed as the person who had to prepare and open the breakfast area also had to run the front desk. Not a good situation since people wanted to check out while the breakfast was prepared.

Terrible experience. Unethical behavior, “accidentally” charging extra fees after checkout. Would not recommend to anyone!

Staff both during check in and checkout were very friendly and helpful. I was from out of town and traveling with a service dog who is still in training and the property was both wheelchair friendly and understanding of our unique needs while training.

Not what I expected. Nothing like the photos online when I was booking this hotel. Wyndham should be embarrassed to call this one of their hotels. The carpet in our room was very sticky, like syrup had been spilled on it and never cleaned. Food crumbs and heavy dust was under the microwave. We found $0.36 on the floor in front of the bed. The window screen in our room and in the pool area were ripped and a lot of the windows throughout the hotel had seals broken on the double pane windows and cloudy between them. Just not at all what I expected from a Wyndham Hotel.

Pre-pandimic, my family and I stayed here a few times with no issues. This time, the sofa bed in our room was so dirty that we didn't even set anything on it or sit on it, ourselves. The ottoman was also dirty and ripped on too, and our bathroom sink was very slow to drain. I shared pics of the furniture to the front desk attendant upon checkout and she was gracious enough to refund us one night's stay for the inconvenience. The bedsheets were clean and the breakfast was satisfying.

The room was clean, the staff was very nice, the hotel was very noisy, you could hear doors slamming, people upstairs walking around, people outside and in hall ways, just cheap construction. Expected for the price.

The room was pretty clean, but it smelled of smoke and the furniture was badly stained and terribly outdated. Bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent. The staff were outstanding!

I called the hotel at 8:30pm to let them know I’d be checking in as late as 2:00am. When I arrived, earlier than expected, they didn’t have a room for me. My room was already paid in full. No help was offered to find a room for me at another hotel.

All my past visits to Microtels have been wonderful. This location had great front desk staff, but needs some cleaning. There is a smell when you get into the building, and in the room. The walls were filthy. This was obviously due to previously guests, but should be fully cleaned up for future guests.

I was very disappointed with my stay there. Desk clerk was not helpful he acted if he didn’t care. Lack of electrical plugs and no usb ports. Mainly a lot of different little issues I probably wouldn’t stay with them again. Not a good vacation experience.

My room smelled of cigarettes, and even saw a burn hole in the blanket. Fire detector not on the wall . No other suite to change too except a room w 2 beds . Very unfortunate

Room was clean, no major issues. Breakfast was good and it included your normal eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, bagels, yogurt etc. staff was friendly. Hotel was 15 min from New Buffalo, where we wanted to be. Recommend going to the beach for sure.
My only downfall was I wish the room pumped the AC stronger cause I enjoy a super cold room. Other than that, we would definitely stay here! Kids enjoyed the pool too.

Arriving at 8pm our room was not ready. It seemed to take a long time for reception to find us a clean room. Arriving at the room there was a musty smell and odor of smoke in the bathroom. The toilet appeared to have been used and not freshly cleaned which I wiped down myself. All else appeared clean. We were fiven an accessible room which we did not appreciate as we booked standard and do not appreciate accessible bathroom layouts with no vanity. As we were tired and figured that it took so long to get this room it would likely be a worse room if we asked for a switch, we just went to sleep. It was comfortable and the included breakfast was good. Our experience was not worth the price and we won't stay there again.
