This hotel is a bang for the buck. The night staff attendant I believe his name was Bryce was amazing. The hotel was clean. Complementary was great. All over just a very positive experience.

No housekeeping, no plugs for clock or telephone. Very limited breakfast. Had to ask for a knife. They didn’t keep the breakfast area stocked. Staff said the were changing over to another chain of hotels. No tv channel guide. Not good overall. The bed was comfortable.

Our stay started out fine the first night, however, upon returning to the hotel for our 2nd night stay we were locked out. When we inquired at the desk we were told by Brody that we had only paid for 1 night not 2. I told him I had a paid receipt for two nights that I would show him if we could get into our room. He said we could not get into our room to get the receipt or to get our things without payment. He then made a phone call, came back with our room key and said he had taken care of it. The next morning I checked my credit card and there was a new charge for $360 (two nights room charge). I again went to the front desk and spoke with a manager, Rachelle, who finally did apologize and said the charge had been removed but it would take 5-7 days for the credit to show up on my account. Too bad an otherwise ok hotel stay was ruined by this situation and handled rather poorly by an uninterested and poorly trained night hotel staff member. Very stressful for this occasional traveler.

First time staying at a Super 8 and was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and service. The lobby and hallways were bright and airy. The room was clean and updated. The mattress was softer than I prefer but still comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this Super 8 again if in the area.

This is a great hotel at a bargain price! The desk clerk, Brodie, was efficient, quick to check us in and took time to describe everything we could expect at this hotel: bottles of water & fresh fruit all night. He enthusiastically recommended this Super 8 location as one of the best! The room was very clean, spacious & had a nice sized bathroom. The shower was excellent. Quiet location & comfortable bed. Breakfast had numerous hot & cold food selections, i.e. eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt, juices, pastries etc. The staff was great upon check out. Would definitely stay there again!

Front desk clerk was very friendly and informative

Nothing fancy, just a clean place to sleep with a free breakfast in the morning. Could stand some replacement of the carpet and the couch in the room. Stains on both and a piece of wood coming off the couch, but it’s a relatively cheap and convenient place to stay.

I liked its convenient location and easy travel time to places i needed to go. I liked its proximty to a variety of shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast, and complimentary snacks nd beverages offered throughout the day.

Brodie, who worked the front desk was extremely helpful to our business group staying at the hotel. He is excellent at customer service. The 2 ladies working the desk the afternoon of Tuesday, June 18th were rude.

Nice place!

The room was fairly clean, however it could have been vacuumed better. Otherwise I thought it was okay. Beds slept good, a little soft to my liking, but they were okay. The TV didn't work when we first got there, but Brody was more than accommodating, and came to our room and fixed it immediately. The bed I slept in had a very sharp piece of the frame poking out, it was avoidable, but I pointed it out to Brody and he was going to make note. As I told him it was a liability waiting to happen. Great coffee, good breakfast.

We’ve stayed more than once and the same gentle always checks us in. He’s very friendly and very knowledgeable. The rooms have always been comfortable and clean, and the breakfast options are excellent.

Appears that property has been updated recently except for a few minor things. For example, places on room walls need touch up paintimg. It would be nice if breakfast would be available to 10 am rather than 9 am.

Staff was truly amazing; greetings from each associate with a smile. Very informative & super nice. We felt like we were part of a family like we knew each other. One of the best experiences at a hotel we have had in a long time. Breakfast choices were great. We will definitely use Super 8 at this location again.

It was in close proximity to freeway . Neat and tidy.

The pool was pretty dirty. My bathroom was moldy and smelled of mold. The room itself was clean and the staff was nice.

Had a wonderful time! Very clean and nice staff! Only one plug in by the middle of the 2 Queen size bed but made do! A bit hard to get to because of construction but didn’t affect stay. Thanks so much!
