We arrived to this hotel on our way to Barcelona. The staff was very friendly, they still have the charm of legacy hotel services such as stocked mini bar and a fridge. The ocean view is fantastic. We were very pleased over all with our stay, will definitely recommend it when visiting Saint Tropez.

Very average property. The room was very small. Location is okay , the beach was nothing special when we went.

Everything about the place feels shabby, cheap and not even that clean, from the rough sheets to the broken shower tiles, from the dirty carpet to the paper-thin walls and noisy plumbing. At best, a two star hotel and given that, very overpriced.

The hotel rooms are very small and toilet area is separate from the shower and sink. The hotel is across the street from the beach which is beautiful, but away from downtown and it is very hard to move around. There are no taxis and the bus only runs every hour or so. Overall a bit pricey for what you get but then it is France.

Pictures are nicer than the reality. It is right across the street from the beach but it’s 20€ each to sit on the beach. The breakfast was extra but very nice. Parking was convenient and free. Staff were helpful but not welcoming.

The hotel had the heating on full whack, and didn’t have the aircon working, so the room was stiflingly hot, the only option was to open the window, so the traffic noise kept us awake. There were no options for lunch or dinner either in the hotel or nearby so we had to drive into town. Breakfast was quite basic for €15 each. Quite disappointing.

This property has no facilities and no service other than reception. The beds are old tired and damp. The bathroom used toilet paper that was hard and cheap also tissue paper in box They overcharge for a lock box of candy @3 euro each. Water @ 3 euro totally unreasonable. The photograph online is very good marketing because the room looks nothing like the picture. I was horrified to know.I have never stayed in a 3 star hotel like this! It was a complete misrepresentation of what the hotel really is. Breakfast is meagre and unfulfilling .They charged extra 24 euros.I will never stay there again. I will never tell my friends to stay there. This is only a 1 star hotel and needs to be completely renovated to gain a 3 star status.

Friendly hotel with on site parking . Good sized balcony with sea view and comfortable furniture . My only negative was WIFI connection poor in the bedroom

The sea view was lovely from the balcony.The room was a little tight. Awkward/inadequate placement for luggage.Location is a drive from the center of the village so very limited access to things you may need unless you drive into the village about 7 minutes.

Smart motel type accommodation. Amazing location .. directly across the road from a lovely beach. Some really great restaurants opposite. Free secure parking. 2miles in to Sainte Maxime ... beautiful town!

As the hotel is situated outside center of St Maxime, you will need a car if you want to travel to St Tropez, citi centre, Cannes,etc.

The best is the view and the free parking The room need upgrade and I never see a room smaller than that. You don’t have space for nothing. For me was expensive if I compare it with other hotels I was better than this

Everything about this hotel was just fine (cleanliness, room size, breakfast, free parking) EXCEPT that we spent a horrible night there as the room was stifling hot due to the air-conditioning unit not working. The woman on duty checked out the fuse box, said she would check the unit in "the garage" but reported back to us that nothing could be done. "So sorry." We had to leave the balcony door wide open all night and the traffic roared by at 70km an hour. We should have been offered a discount or a free breakfast!!! But the staff member on duty in the morning didn't even know the air wasn't working. I assume the next unwary soul got this room without the unit being repaired.

Great hotel but 4 km outside of St Maxime with no restaurants or bars within walking distance in the evening. Pool towels were not provided but sun beds were charged for. Taxi into town cost 20 euros each way. Nevertheless we would go back. Very secure private parking.

Our stay in early April was well ahead of the season, but we enjoyed an expansive view of the Mediterranean. We were far enough out of St.-Maxime to be quiet yet close enough to have easy access to town. The room was very comfortable--just a bit on the small side. Fairly basic but everything you need was there. Many eateries along the seafront and all were open. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast! Free secure parking--hard to find in town.

Wonderful location opposite very good swimming beach a bit out of town. Very good waterside restaurant across the road. Small room but clean, renovated and pleasant.

We were only staying here for one night but I might have considered a longer stay another time since its right by the beach and a short taxi ride to Ste Maxime for dinner. HOWEVER, the room was very small with very little space to store things. Other than that we were welcomed and the staff were helpful. The hotel is clean and well presented - just dont go there with lots of baggage! Enjoy

Loved the location of this hotel! Right across from the beach with a beautiful view from the balcony of our room. Unfortunately, we experienced rainy weather during our stay, therefore, I cannot comment on the beach club belonging to the hotel. Staff was courteous, parking was free and gated, and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. This hotel has no elevator so our luggage had to be carried to the room, but that was not a problem for us since it was just one floor above. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Good variety of tv channels, very nice and cold air conditioner, and beautiful and modern bathroom. Toiletries were wonderful and smelled delicious! The area has restaurants and shops nearby... Go out and explore! Would definitely return here on our next adventure in the South of France!!!

Bery quick visit but exvellent choice. Ee haf dinner in town and paid 20 ruros for taxi back at night. Taxi stand in town was closed.
