Very nice hotel

Don’t think I have ever stayed in such a warm and welcoming place. Felt at home immediately, the owners are just lovely and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Didn’t want to leave. Will definitely use again.

Our weekend stay at Tabsfield was like staying with family or friends. The couple that owns the B&B goes put of their way making you feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious with private baths. The entire home and grounds are beautiful. It was their family home for 30 years ..they now welcome guests into their home to enjoy. Within walking distance of pubs, restaurants, and park. A charming area and a lovely B&B. Would always stay here when traveling in the area.

The original 1890's bath is particularly pleasing. The owners are extremely welcoming and friendly, and willing to help you navigate the local area and culinary scene. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing break.

The Four Seasons of B&Bs! Coming from United States and visiting friends Tabsfield was a great experience! Ownership/ Staff are Great. The breakfast servered is wonderful.

Loved our stay at Tabsfield. Beautiful old house that was full of character. The owners were so friendly and made us feel at home.

Lovely beautiful family run B&B. A great welcome and felt looked after. Stayed in the cottage which is lovely but bathroom could do with some TLC for the price hence 4 not 5 marks for the facilities but would stay again.

Amazing stay, amazing place and amazing hosts! They went the extra mile to make us feel welcome, our kids were very sad to leave! We will go back!

The fact that I start this review by referencing Henry and Ethna by name tells you a lot about this wonderful establishment. Beautiful estate, wonderful room, true homemade and awesome breakfast. But that doesnt do this justice. Ethna, wonderful and charming, English woman helped us plan our day in London and based on her advice dramatically improved our day. Henry drove us to the train station in the morning... and to dinner. They literally stayed up to make sure we got home safely.I feel that I now have friends in England. Id go back just to visit them. Best Bed and Breakfast experience Ive ever had.

The host were great, so friendly. As it was my wedding that weekend, they did everything to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The cottage we stayed in was fab.. Such a cute place. Had your own space and everything you would ever need, even filled up the cookie jar. so sweet. Love to book again when less rushed, due to the wedding.

Terrific place....can I buy it?

We were visiting Kent and booked the Tabsfield on a whim after seeing the positive reviews. We weren't disappointed - the owners were friendly and welcoming and the room was beautiful. It's also only a short walk into the village where there are a couple of nice places to eat. We'd love to return, and spend a little more time exploring the area. Would definately recommend!

On our wedding anniversary we stayed in the lovely cottage by the main house, and had our own private garden. Thoughtful and very welcoming owners supplied milk, apples and cake. The best was the bed - the most comfortable we ever slept in! Breakfast in the main house was good too. Definitely planning on a return visit.

We stayed there for two days around our wedding. We could not have picked a better place. Lovely host, amazing rooms, and wonderful stay.

I couldn't fault this place if I tried beautiful place ,outstanding room and lovely hosts felt like home the minute we arrived would 100 percent recommend this place and will definatly be visiting again

Beautiful house in a lovely location. Room was spotlessly clean with every possible amenity. Lovely couple who run Tabsfield, friendly, helpful, informative. A real home from home, it was like visiting friends. Would recommend to everyone. Very close to Brandshatch and lovely village with a range of eateries.

Great stay - difficult to find this B&Bin the dark, but definately a perfect place with wonderful hosts! Would recommend to anyone, even for me as a business traveller!

We stayed in the detached cottage in the garden which was very private and had all the necessities for cooking. Breakfast in the main house was lovely in an antique room full of light with a piano.The location is also great for walking into the town to see the Roman villa or in the countryside - you could also walk from the train if you wanted.

We were made to feel so welcome in this beautiful house by our warm and friendly hosts. Our room was perfect, clean and spacious with a lovely large bed. Perfect location for a much needed break. Would love to go back and stay longer!

Upon arrival we was greated by the lady of the house who was extremely friendly. The room was beautiful and there was everything you could possibly think of was in the room. The house and grounds were breathtaking, I just didn't want to leave! In the morning the owners came and had coffee with us and we spent time chatting about their home and village life.
