Lovely service all round, great breakfast, glass of sparkling on check in! What more could you ask for. Loved it, will be back.

A pity that the restaurant wasn't open but plenty of choice around Hepburn and Daylesford.

From start to finish choosing to stay here was the best decision. Loved the birthday getaway. The staff were amazing and so were the facilities. Will be back in no time. Highly recommended.

Staff were amazing from check in to departure. Onsite dining options were excellent, as was having the mineral spa for massage options. Room was clean, with the bed comfortable.

Peppers Mineral Springs Hotel Hepburn is a a beautiful, grand old house with excellent accomodation, lovely relaxation areas and an outstanding restaurant. The decor is wonderful, and manages to be welcoming and comfortable. The gorgeous gardens were perfect to wander in even on a wet day in winter! On top of all that, the care and attention of the staff was faultless. We were there for only an overnight stay, but will be going back for longer!

Great venue and staff are terrific.

Peppers was lovely but unfortunately the power went off during our second day and as it was extremely cold we decided to head home earlier than intended. The meals in the Argus room were exceptional both dinner and breakfast were amazing. My only criticism was that our bed was a bit small.

Loved our stay here. Staff were lovely and the lounge and dining room were beautiful to spend time in.

The property is generally excellent - a beautiful building with on site spa facilities overlooking an extensive Italianate garden. Comfortable rooms - however cleaning staff need to be more aware of guest comfort. Lovely having an 11.00am checkout but our comfort was marred a little by the very loud conversation and inappropriate language of the cleaners working in the room next door.

Nice villa with a large bathtub, very friendly and helpful staff. Some parts of the villa look old and dated. But nice hotel in a very quiet area.

Amazing!

Lovely main lounge, delightful breakfast. Thought dining room rather plain. In room, outside lights continually on. Sheer curtain not enough - didn’t notice blind till morning as it had rolled right up!

It was great overall

Service was great, they called to check arrival time which was nice. Checkin was easy, though it was booked as pay at venue but they charged the card the day before. The room was adequate but had some shortcomings. One being the toilet was child size and very low for a mature guest. There was a large fake plant which is very dated and it was so dusty! Our main complaint is that the unit was not level. This made me very uneasy on my feet as I have fallen over previously and so very conscious of maintaining balance which was unnerving here. It also meant the bed was on a decline towards the head, so we were not level for sleeping. Odd that it was clearly built this way as you can see from the photo at the door As a footnote, the rug was almost glassy in its slipperiness and both of us had to catch ourselves on it.

We had a lovely stay, it was peaceful and the gardens were beautiful. We enjoyed the spa in our room, the bed was comfortable and the staff were very welcoming

The room was prepared when we arrived, warm and cozy. Liked the decoration style of this hotel. In addition, nice breakfast after a relaxing night.

We relaxed for the first time in a long time. Thank you Peppers Hepburn Springs for looking after us so well. We are eternally grateful.

It's a lovely place but over priced. We had a pleasant stay but l think it was way over priced for what it was.

Wonderful accomodation and retreat

I liked the old building and the staff were great.

The staff were great - friendly, helpful and considerate

Room was located at the back and there was blown path lights and outside room light leading to room which made it very difficult in the dark to safely make way to the room. Bathroom not a 5 star standard. plastic toilet seats, tiny & dirt shower exhaust fan. Nothing to write home about or make you want to come back.

Lovely old world feel and pleasant art deco features. The lounge areas are so relaxing and the staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly
