I recommend this hotel! Rooms and beds offer the highest comfort! Excellent buffet breakfast. Great value. Room is big, modern and clean. Friendly, polite and helpful staff, with excellent communication skills. The indoor swimming pool was large and warm. The spa center is wide, chic and offers all the amenities. It has two saunas, two jacuzzis, an adventure shower, a knee bench, a Turkish bath and a steam bath. The relaxation areas are pleasant and spacious. Thanks for the wonderful holiday. Until now we have visited the hotel only in the summer. We will be your guests again in the winter!

Very nice hotel , everything was excellent . Hotel was not crouwd , food was very good and every day was different ( I had all inclusive package ) . Very clean hotel , good service and staff . Only suggestion is maybe you can improve little more the menu at beach which really a very good idea .

Great hotel and week staying experience marred only by owned beach team. 100 Bulgarian money (50 quids) for staying in the shade. And felt like they are jumping on my wallet at any possible occasion. Felt bad, offensive and totally unnecessary100 Bulgarian money? Another 200 Bulgarian money will buy a flat around the corner!

We had a free upgrade with sea view. Nice friendly welcome and welcome drink. Staff were very helpful and polite. Really nice room, comfortable bed, chairs on balcony, everything was clean. It seemed a bit strange to have the toilet inside the shower cubicle but it was a large cubicle. Otherwise the room, balcony, view, mini bar were all great. Our air con didn't work well. The door didn't lock from inside (but they never got around to fixing this). The outdoor pool is clean and really nice with a shallow section for children, plenty of lounges with comfy cushions, fresh watermelon was brought round to all the guests. Strangely, the surface around the pool is large, sharp-edged pebbles which hurt your feet, so we left our sandals close to the pool. Excellent breakfast- huge range of quality food. Ate at the ala carte restaurant-- lovely food (and quite good service until you want the bill)-- worth a visit. Water was Italian and expensive. The shuttle to the beach is reliable and prompt on published schedule-- well-used so get there early to get a seat. The beach isn't that nice but it's clean and the water was lovely. Nice little bar on hole 9 of golf course. Bikes available to hire at hotel.

room, bathroom and wardrobe big enough and convenient, breakfast choise good but food not really good qualitiy and preparation carelessly, dishes often not really clean

Vers dirty carpets everywhere. A Lot of People at the breakfast. NO space to sit. Also the Restaurant have Not enough space. No other Restaurants. ...

It is a nice quiet hotel, with spacious and comfortable rooms and a nice view. The only cons were the very weak WiFi, distant beach and cold water in the pool. If you plan to go to the beach make sure you ask at the reception for umbrella vouchers.

The hotel facilities were excellent, however as the hotel is remotely located, the nearest beach is a 15 minute drive away and getting to the nearest town is a 30 minute drive, so the use of cabs, etc are required. Staff attitude and customer service was generally quite poor, with the lack of a friendly smile or conversation, which was a disappointment considering the hotel facilities were of 5* standard

The hotel was great, it was in a quiet area but they had activities in the hotel. The beach was not close but they provided a shuttle. Its definitely a very good hotel. The bathroom was enormous and the room as well. Food was great! One minor thing when they have events sometimes they are fully booked for all the restaurants and you have to go for buffet dinner.

Great hotel! Great location! Small prints on bar menu was a put off. There is an extra service charge on menu after 11pm. You are not told, and it is not at all obvious!Receptionists are new, not well trained.

A nice hotel with very comfortable room. Nice pool area. Good food, although some breakfast items were cold (including coffee). Otherwise great buffet for breakfast.Housekeeping poor- took two days to remove half full glasses from welcome drink, never replaced soaps.Ocean beach was a big disappointment. First it is far away (6 kilometers), and public. But both issues would have been ok. It was the service that disappointed. First, only three shuttles a day- in August! Then you have to get towels at the spa before going. Once there, it was very unclear where to go for a promised beach chair and umbrella. Finally found the hotel area (not well marked!). Showed them our hotel key pass but was told we needed a special voucher. This was not mentioned at the front desk when we asked about going to the beach. They would not give us a chair unless we walked all the way back to the beach entrance to ask for the manager. Which we did. Then we were given a chair in front of loud speakers blasting 80s disco music. We asked if we could move to the many chairs away from the speaker which were all empty. No, these were reserved. We stayed for three hours and no one ever sat on those chairs. The hotel should not say they have a beach unless they fix this extremely poor level of service. Ridiculous.
