The staff were wonderful. Arshad at the reception desk made our stay immensely memorable. He went out of his way to make sure all our needs were met.

Not what I expected. No hot water at night. There was one cockroach in the room. Room is very old and washroom is in bad condition. The only good thing was the breakfast.

Very good hotel in the heart of Gandhinagar.Fantastic staff trained by Manish. Devendra and team are excellent in the restaurant. Hotel is quite in need of renovation. Staff attitude is amazing and management needs to think of revamping the interiors. Overall a great value for money.

Bad maintenance of bathrooms ... shower not good ..towels were dirty and smelly like cheap hotels ... furniture in not so good shape ... breakfast was good

Restaurant staff could be little more attentive and cordial. Overall it seemed to be a bit laid back, take it easy approach.

Staff were courteous. The amenities were horrible in the room, there was no access remote. No bucket or mug . No appropriate toileteries provided.

Fortune is the only star hotel in gandhinagar and every year my visit to any show, I book this hotel as it is very comfortable and also well maintained.

We have stayed here regularly for business due to the proximity to Gandhinagar's business centre and overall have always been happy with our stay. It is a very comfortable business hotel and the best in Gandhinagar, for tourists/travellers there is not much to offer. Buffet breakfast is great and dinner buffet has a lot to offer, especially desserts, room service food options needs improvement.

Wonderful staff providing friendly and helful service. Good location, not far to Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple Complex.

The hotel provided appropriate environment, facility and comfort that one looks for while on a business trip. I particularly appreciate the prompt response to any requirement, smiling faces of staff and caring attitude at every level---right from entry to check out. The attitude to services was very personalised and therefore very efficient and effective. Congratulations ! keep it up.

this hotel is ideally located for the business travelers mainly who has any works in SACHIVALAYA .Generally upkeep is OK.But as FORTUNE maintained property,it is not at par with other ones maintained by FORTUNE else where.
