Stay here most times visiting bundy, great location. Nice and clean with friendly staff

Easy walk from train station and walking distance to shops, food etc. I only had nights stay after late train arrival. Room was good size, clean, well equipped. It's on main road so some traffic noise to be expected. Not certain what they mean by non smoking property (main reason I booked) as there are tables and chairs outside each room with ash trays. Other guests out smoking when I left. Maybe it's a cultural difference in what non smoking means re accommodation in Australia or there is a no smoking part of biulding I couldn't see. But for me disappointed on that level.

Staff were amazing, very helpful with any enquiries we had. Breakfast was excellent. Property was very clean as were the rooms. Would stay here again 100%

Owners go above and beyond to help you. Was dealing with parent being in hospital , and nothing was a problem with hours and room changes etc. very accommodating. Stay here all the time

The hospitality shown by Anthony from check-in to check-out was exceptional, including providing replacement supplies of milk. The refurbished rooms are fantastic, and the place was spotlessly clean (including the air con filter, which is often overlooked). There are many restaurants and take away options nearby, and the location is very close to all attractions.

A beautiful property with excellent rooms and fabulous management. It was a real oasis after a long days drive. We relaxed and watched Netflix movies, left the next morning feeling refreshed.

Nice and clean

We liked the room. The room was newly renovated and clean. The room design was well-thought with lots of bench and storage space which is very handy when travelling so stuff aren’t scattered around the room. Kitchenette with a big sink was great! Only con was there was no exhaust fan in the toilet, but can be easily fixed with air freshener. Will recommend the place.

My partner and I are away from home a great deal and we are in agreement that Chalet Motor Inn was excellent in every way. Pre-arrival communications from the relief manager Tanya were friendly, efficient and welcoming. The room was beautifully designed, quiet and spacious and included touches such as fresh milk, facial tissues, shower cap, biscuits, extra pillows, microwave and fridge etc. Staff could not have done more for us, so welcoming and genuinely happy to help. Clearly Tanya and her husband love their work and the Chalet - it comes across in every interaction. Would stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Bundy. Thanks 🙏 for a great stay.

We have stayed at this motel at least 3 times over the past few years. The staff are always friendly and rooms are clean and quiet. Convenient location for convenient meal choices.

The property has been renovated inside the rooms. Very good job. I was expecting tired and old and instead got fresh and inviting.
