Overall comfortable stay. No issues , nice and clean property, bit old though. Maintained properly. Staff was very good, especially customer experience managers present in floor to ensure Guests comfortness during breakfast. Nice Don't think is a 5 star property as being listed by Google/Hotels.com website. but still decent option to stay.

Good location. Room is small. Beds are small. Food buffet is good. Afternoon tea is good. Staff are friendly.

Nice and clean, with friendly helpful staff who made it very easy for my first visit to India.
Breakfast and evening meal buffets are varied and mix of European and Indian (North & South) food, so suitable for all pallets.
Fresh drinking water in the room everyday. There are a few shops within 10 min walk to get big bottles of water or any essentials you need.
Good location for access to my company office in Domlur.

The room was excellent except for a bit of malfunction of AC control panel. They can definately do a better job of cleaning the corridors.

I liked the kind and super fast service, dining, cleanliness, ambiance and transportation. Administration and all ground staff are very helping.

Overall my stay was good. But got small plumbing issue in the bathroom and water heating issue was thr.

Everything was nice, staff were alright. Smoking area was on terrace and the security didn’t let me smoke after 12 am, spoke to the manager, that was sorted. The food is a bit overpriced so I ate outside, stay wise I’ve no complaints

Excellent buffet style breakfast lunch and dinner. With vegetarian and non veg options. The restaurant crew is very professional. The check in and check out is fast and smooth.
The spa wasn't that great. The gym room had everything I needed for my daily workout.
I will definitely be back.

The hotel was dark and unkept and I would not recommend for a business traveller or single lady as the conditions are not at all good and i did not feel comfortable. The kitchen is in the middle of the hotel making everything smell like fried bread at 6am and the lobby area is very dark. This is not what you would expect of a 5 star hotel by any international standards. There is a reason why it is half the price of any other five star hotel in the area.

Bad Managers, Front Desk and useless Restaurant Manager.
They chase you hound you and publicaly point out issues that can be calmly and politely be addressed.
Useless absolutely useless Hotel experience and it bring my belief again to the Brands where staff are well trained and groomed to Internal customer expereince.

This was right across my office. Little noisy place but hotel from inside is quite and well maintained. I would stay here again.

My booking is twin bed but hotel don't mention the bed change to double before I walk into the room. And finally just say sold out the room.

So, service is not as personalized as smaller ones. I have stayed in hotels where managers remember you by name, but not this one. Breakfast service is slow, they dont even bother to acknowledge you. Other than that, breakfast itself is good, room is luxurious, location is not in red-hot area, but closer to Indiranagar. Hard to find. They have no name on the exterior of the building. Overall, its a good hotel if you dont care about service. If you do, there are better hotels. WiFi didnt seem that fast.

I have stayed here a number of times and always enjoy it. The breakfast is excellent. Check in and out is always a breeze. Service is excellent!
