From the moment I arrived at the hotel, everything was super. Bellboy at the ready for handling my luggage. I think it was Jose Luis. Aura and Frank at the front desk for check-in. Were great. Welcome drink was nice.

This visit should be a 5 star. Unfortunately we ran into loud suite neighbors and the isolation was not great. The staff and the services that the hotel provides are beyond 5 stars. Excellent service

Luis the bellhop was amazing and he spoke English. He was very helpful in pointing us out to places to visit. The hotel and pool were very clean. The staff was pleasant, they just need more bilingual staff like the description said.

Very good experience, staff very friendly, accomodating. Good food, good service, very responsive, hotel clean and in very good condition.

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay but some of the staff needed more training. We tried having lunch at the restaurant one of the days and we sat at the dining room for over 20 minutes and had to leave because no one came to our table. Other than that it was good for the price.

Hotel, lobbies, restaurants, rooms are very clean, breakfast was included with a large selection of meals included eggs of your liking, I highly recommend this hotel, personnel are well trained and very courteous.

The place was nice. The staff are excellent. But they had a DJ playing by the pool starting before 10am! All day! I could barely focus on any computer work and I couldn’t take a nap even when I wanted to. The DJ had a microphone and was yelling in it all day. For what? There’s like 10 people at the pool and they’re all within 20 ft of you.

The place is old and decrepit. I'm a building inspector by trade and this building really needs a paint job and an overhaul. The gym is horrible sauna doesn't work everything is old and the buffet is horrible. Previously I stayed at the Marriott and trust me no comparison. I will never stay at this s*** hole again.

One of the best places to stay in Barranquilla. My only gripe was the taxi service. My grandmother lives literally 5 blocks away from the airport. Any cab driver would charge 7-8k pesos. The hotel taxi drivers charged what they called the " minimum" of 12k pesos. Be aware. Use the Uber app to see what everyone else is charging

The staff friendliness and courtesy. Went beyond their duty to ensure we were well taken care of. I also liked the proximity to all their attractions during the time of the carnival. The breakfast was excellent and the food at the restaurant was not pricey in comparison to other restaurants I. The area.

The hotel was conveniently located, easy walk to shopping & everything I needed. The room & facilities were clean, the WiFi connection was strong (unlike my previous hotel), the breakfast was plentiful & delicious, and the pool was lovely. I can’t recommend the spa though—terrible massage. Overall, good hotel.
