We stay here every time we come to Washington. It’s a perfect location. Lots of services around the hotel. The rooms are very quiet

Our room was clean, and well maintenanced. Breakfast was very good! The ladies who worked in the kitchen kept the buffet full at all times. Front desk was polite and professional. All round good stay!

We stayed one night on a road trip from Olympic NP to Rainier NP, and it was a great place to stop. There are limited restaurant options in the area, but we found a great sushi place nearby called Trapper’s - super happy hour specials until 6 and very fresh sushi, with vegetarian options. The hotel was very clean & had on-site laundry. They closed the laundry from 8pm until 8am, which threw us off a bit on our planned early morning start time, but it worked out fine. It’s a convenient spot right by the freeway.

Check in was easy and fast. Room was clean, bathroom was clean too and of course clean towels is a must and they were!! Room was very nice and comfortable. The only gripe I have is the WiFi was horrible. Too slow and kept knocking me off, still everything else was good, even the decaf coffee in the room was good. Breakfast was good too, lady taking care of the breakfast area was on top of everything, if it was low, she was filling it up. Nice place to stay

Front desk staff was as friendly as they needed to be. You can tell that they were being polite enough so that you can't call them racist. Nothing to complain about except the pool water was too cold.

I've stayed at this property a frw times and it was nice. It is now worn-out and dirty. The room was gross (hair in the shower and film in the sink) and the walls need paint, stains and chips on the furniture and the room smelled like oil and gas.

Property was great. Clean, convient, excellent breakfast.
What was bad was expedia didnt tell you it was a $30 charge for a pet friendly room.
And tgen upon check in the staff tried to hide the fee from me. When i confronted her about the extra fee she became very rude and said it wasnt their fault it was expedias and nithing they could do about it. I believe if i hadnt found the fee they never would have told me just charged it anyway. Im okay with a pet fee, just dont hide ut from me!
