Everything is great. A little general wear and tear and plumbing shower fixtures a little moldy but generally clean. Good that they allow dogs

The room was clean, the air conditioning was great, and good breakfast!

Loved the property at first, clean, smelled like cleaning products, spacious. Then, in the evening the roaches came out. I was completely disgusted and was unable to sleep. Felt as if bugs were crawling on me in bed.

We had to checkout early as the room appeared to be clean but in the morning when we woke up and turned on the lights there was roaches everywhere. The A/C was also not working properly never staying there again.

This hotel was awful the photos are deceiving. Front desk clerk didnt seem happy working there, but glad someone else was there also. The room they provided first already had someone else in it when opening the door and full boom marijuana smell and clothes everywhere. The room they finally gave us was fine at first but then bugs started coming out one by one, you kill one here comes another and another. I had to get raid and sprayed everywhere and i mean everywhere. I would have left but we were tired and it was late and no one else had any vacancies or way over priced. Next time i will not let my husband pick out the place and I will just pay more to be in a cleaner area.

Check in is at 4pm. I waited over an hour for my room to be ready and it was still dirty. I don't think the floor has been mopped in years.

Staff were respectful.

When I arrived my room did not have any toliet paper or paper towels. The ceiling had mold stains. The toliet paper holder was missing. The faucet in the bathroom was also broken. Both pull out couches had cereal candy and gum wrappers with fresh stains. The room was extremely loud with kids running around above us after midnight. We called to complain. The noise did continue.

Property is in a great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was exceptionally clean although a bit outdated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only complaints I had is the room smelled STRONGLY of Fabuloso, which I don’t care for. Also the microwave in the room didn’t work.

The staff was very accommodating, we loved the breakfast every morning! We will definitely come stay again!

Room was dirty. The bathroom fixture was broken. The telephone did not work and they had a microwave in the room that wasn’t working that they just left there knowing that it didn’t work the bedding hadn’t been washed in a while as far as the bedskirt and the floor has not been Mopped. And the management was rude.

The room where I stayed was nicely renovated. It was very clean. Staff were friendly.

Had me moved 3x from room. First room no tv signal no phone and restroom door wouldn’t close cuz it was hitting toilet seat. 2nd room someone was still in there

The rooms didn’t have any towels. Bre and kfas didn’ provide any eggs or protein

We have a condo in port a. And needed to move to make room for the renters. This was excellent choice. Very nice and affordable

Great stay

We paid a lot of money for just one night and the place was dirty, room dirty, no iron just the iron table, stained sheets and bad smell.

Good place right near the ferry in port aransas. Parking is minimal at night so find your spot and stay in it. Rooms were clean, bed comfy, minimalistic. Room rate decent for area and time of year. Would stay again.

Has roaches, a little beat up the room but painted over. A odor similar to mold. Room is not clean properly, gross floors.

The only complaint that we have was that there was a lot of heavy mold, smell in the room, probably from some water damage and of course the coast. But everything else was great. Taking care of that mold smell from the leak in the bathroom would be perfect for our next trip

The staff was very caring and understandable. They were able to accommodate my family after a mishap with reservations.

The breakfast was awful! The place was not very appealing! Very limited with necessities inside the room. Very noisy outside.

We checked Friday night and room was a little warm, and TV kept saying No Signal. Called down to the front desk and lady at the front said " There is so many people on the island and with the recent weather that spectrum has been having issue, but promised it would be back on any minute, and that they had a few rooms without AC, and they would get to ours as soon as they could". Woke up the next morning still no TV, and still no one came and checked on the AC. When we got back Saturday to the room it was all reported again! No one ever. Sunday morning we got up early, and went down to the office abd told the lady at the frot desk, and this time we were told that because it was never documented by the first 2 women that they didnt know anything about it and Oh well. So if you want to pay over $500 for a room without any amenities that they advertise then this is the place for you! I for one will never stay at this place again. Their excuse was pretty much " to many people on the island." Apparently they are not prepared for a busy crowd, and its a OH WELL not our problem and your SOL!

I would recommend the villa it’s a nice and spacious villa.
