The room was clean and nice staff was nice but I’m only say it was terrible but the one reason I booked this riad was for the pool and jacuzzi and it was not working

The hotel was clean and quaint, rooms very small, staff unattentive and hard to find. No refrigerator, no restaurant or bar on site. Food is pre-ordered and brought in so mistakes are often made and cannot be corrected.

When you make a request at the reception its always yes , i made 3 requests and none of them were done. Definitely NOT a 3 star hotel.

The hotel itself is a welcoming oasis. The street outside is part of the Medina and chaotic with motor scooters, bicyclists, etc. if you know what you are doing it’s easy to find but the first Day there can be a lot of confusion telling a taxi where to drop you off. The hotel is beautiful and has excellent service and a mini- spa on the basement level.

The location is gold, its in the heart of the market area and 2 minutes walking distance from Jemaa el-Fnaa. The breakfast was amazing and the staff is beyond helpful, they gave us a map and walked us through the main attractions.

Customer service is superior, and location is excellent, centrally located. Within walking distance to the main square and many other attractions. Staff are courteous and professional. Breakfast is delicious, an experience in itself. Beds were comfortable. Our room was next to the street, and at times the noise from people walking by was loud, however, we were so tired from daily activities, that we slept through it. I recommend this Riad, we enjoyed it. We would definitely go back.

A welcome relief from the madness of the Medina. Staff excellent, superb breakfast, beautiful riad. The one downfall for us is as the room where we stayed (108), there was a constant smell of urinals. We pointed this out and they did have a look at it but the issue wasn’t resolved. Otherwise would I recommend it- yes but not that room!!

Such great hospitality and service. Our flight leaving Morocco ended up getting canceled and the Riad was more than willing and happy to accommodate us and help us in any way we needed. Plus their massage and facial was amazing and they have delicious breakfast! Thank you so much for everything!

This is a special place in the heart of Marrakech! My mom and I stayed there for 3 nights and loved the atmosphere, the staff and the services. What makes this special are the people who work there! They are friendly, professional and amazing! The rooms are small, but this is a nature of staying in a raid and not a hotel.The breakfast on the rooftop is beautiful. A big shout out to the amazing staff, Noroddin, Fatima and Jamila. They organized a surprise homemade cake for my mom on her birthday. We walked away from this riad very happy!

This riad was like an oasis of calm and comfort as you stepped inside from the hot and frenetic streets of Marrakech. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed as were the rooms. Only negative was breakfast on the rooftop terrace where your food was swarmed by bees. Advice is to have it inside. There are many raids in Marrakech but definitely recommend for convenience to taxi transport, ease of walking to the main square and quality of accommodation.

Excellent service in this beautiful Riad that is so well placed for exploring the Medina. Such a comfy bed, and helpful friendly staff. For the money, an excellent choice.

The entire medina is overwhelming. There's so much going on that it's hard to focus on anything. The Jemaa el Fna is a must - both in the daytime and at night. You may not like it, but it's definitely worth a visit. In the souks, there were so many vendors demanding our attention that we gave up even trying to shop. The historical buildings are spectacular. Very well maintained.

Fantastic friendly clean place. Go there! I can only recommend.

Suggest as we did that you arrange pick with hotel when arriving, nice vehicle and no hassles from taxi drivers/bogus guides.Have riad arrange your tours as it is much easier. Around 12:30 am. I ordered their service to pick me up at the airport. I had to search a bit for their driver, but he was there waiting. The room was clean and close to the check in desk. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast on the rooftop of a warm type cereal, coffee, cream sugar, egg, breads and jams along with fresh orange juice was so nice. Location is great, very close to Djemma Fna. I was appreciative of their service. Solo female traveler, felt very safe.

We had 4 days at Riad Nesma - family of 4 with 2 young teenagers. The location was ideal and the room very comfortable and clean with a good bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the Jacuzzi on the roof terrace was a nice surprise. Highly recommended.

The riad was not only beautiful and in the perfect location, but the staff was extremely helpful, personable, and friendly. Our stay here was amazing, and if/when I come back to Marrakech, I will again want to stay here.

We loved Riad Nesma, we stayed there for three nights and it was great and relaxing.Very good location, nice room (Fatimides) with a big and comfy bed, sunny terrace and lounge (beautifully finished and decorated in Moroccan style), amazing and very helpful staff-incredible value for money. it was clearly visible that someone put a lot of attention to all the details and things were done well.

Front desk staff Kareem and Ahmad are very attentive and friendly. Other ladies staff cooked us homely breakfast daily. Family of four with 2 teenages kids stay for 3 nites in Dec2

We were met at the airport by a friendly taxi driver who had been booked by the Riad staff, and transfer to the Riad was quick. The Riad was small and the staff were excellent. The reception staff both spoke English, so communication was no problem, and they were very quick-witted and funny. They showed genuine interest in our activities each day, and were able to give useful advice on attractions, and on bargaining for the best prices. Breakfast was served on a peaceful roof terrace, and was available from 8 - 11am, so we had the option of an early or late start each day. It consisted of orange juice, several types of small bread, butter, jam, honey, hard-boiled egg, coffee and mint tea - and plenty of baguette if you still wanted more after all that. The catering staff doubled up as the Riad's cleaners for the rest of the day, so they recognised us quickly too. The Riad was extremely clean, very efficiently run, and an excellent base for our stay. The Riad Nesma is fantastically well placed, only 10 minutes walk south of the Jemma el Fna (main square), and within very easy walking distance of all the main attractions of the Medina (Old Town). We tended to go out in the morning, but stop back at the Riad to drop off things we had bought, or to change into lighter or heavier clothing throughout the day as the (February) temperature rose during the day and fell once the sun went down. We really had a good time in Marrakech, in no small part thanks to the staff at Riad Nesma.
