Amazing hosts, great room , good location fantastic breakfast what more can I say. Only minor negative the driveway is quite steep recommend you park in the bottom 2 spaces on the road if you have a small low car or low spoilers !

Andrew and Jill are most welcoming and the guest house is spotless. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice and wonderful views of the surrounding countryside/ mountainside from the dining room, plus the town walls. Situated within very easy reach from the A55 Conwy is a beautiful and interesting base and the guest house has ample parking, albeit that the actual car park is up a pretty steep slope being the property. The building itself is also on a steep slope to access on foot, which is made known and the views are afforded because of this. Some of the rooms are on the second floor up several flights of stairs so you need to be physically fit to stay there, again this is documented in its description. My bedroom was extremely comfortable and had everything you would need, the only reason I gave 4 not 5 stars was because although it did have a garden view as advertised it overlooked gardens belonging to properties behind it, and also the houses themselves - there were no blinds on the windows just curtains so it felt quite intrusive if you had the curtains open and in general you needed to keep them closed for privacy meaning you didn't have a view or daylight; obviously you are not in it much but it was a particular shame first thing in a morning when it was sunny. Conwy town centre and access to the walls, are only 5 minutes walk and lots of places to visit such as Bodnant Gardens and the Llandudno area eg Great Orme, Little Orme, and Snowdonia are within short distance

Less than a 10 minute walk to town. Lovely well cooked breakfast. Small room but had everything we needed. Fresh, clean bathroom. Quiet area. .

Enjoyed a 3 night semi retirement break - comfortable, spacious room, delicious breakfast, welcoming hosts, very close to town, weather was perfect too, what more could anyone want!

This was a very beautiful place to stay, taken care of by wonderful people. The breakfast choices were awesome. Also, the place was within walking distance of the town and castle, and short driving distance from many other sights.

Lovely B&B just outside of city walls and 5 mins to centre. Lovely room, great breakfast and welcoming hosts. I would definitely recommend a stay.

Jill and Andrew looked after us very well. We had a lovely room looking over the back. The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. we were offered extra drinks or beverages if we wanted them. we would recommend this to anyone and go back if the opportunity arises

Lovely bright room with big windows overlooking a beautifully kept garden. The room had a comfortable bed and everything I needed with a small ensuit bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and the owners were very hospitable and friendly.

Nice location & the host was friendly. Breakfast from 08.15 but did do a 08.00 for me. Parking for a motorbike could be a challenge up the steep narrow drive to the back of the house. Good breakfast & comfortable room.

With a 10 minute walk to Conwy this place was ideal. Lovely couple who run this B&B couldn’t fault anything. Ideal for exploring the area

Stayed in Bryan Derwen for one night. Lovely spacious room, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Lovely welcome from Gill and very helpful during our stay. Freshly cooked breakfast next day. We will return

Very clean tidy, comfortable bed lots of storage for clothes etc. Breakfast was from a packed selection on offer especially I liked the Full Welsh, en-suite was very clean and the shower was always full of hot water . Conwy is small and compact plenty of places to eat and drink on a sunny day it is very picturesque . Where the guest house is situated is on a very steep embankment which should be noted by yourselves as it would be difficult to enter by elderly visitors but overall excellent….. Nigel

The BnB was of a high standard, my room newly refurbished. The host and hostess were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent too.The location is very easy for walking into Conway.
