Hotel is very charming and fantastic location. The room was extremely warm and the AC/hearing unit was difficult to use. Shower wasn’t great and the hairdryer cut out every 20 seconds and wouldn’t start again for another 5 mins. However none of this was a big deal and I would definitely recommend and stay again!

The hotel is very well located. Street parking is available but limited and accessible via several parking apps. 24hrs public car park about 200m away, 21€ for 24hrs.
Can't comment on the food, as we ate out, but I'd imagine it's good.
Room not overly spacious but all essential equipment and very comfy bed.
Shower head kept sliding down the pole, which was irksome, but not a massive issue...
Staff polite and friendly and helpful.
If I'm back in Strasbourg, I wouldn't bother to find another hotel, and I'll eat in one evening next time

Our room worked great for our family of three. Loved all of the open windows. Lots of storage.
We had really good dessert at the restaurant, though we did not feel very welcomed since we were ordering just dessert and wine.
It's very close to the metro so that was nice.
You must visit the wine cellar in the hospital next store. Great wine and is super affordable.

Charming hotel with daily room servicing. Our room offered a view of the Cathedral and had fully functional windows to allow a nice cool breeze into the room. The breakfast service felt overcrowded with items not replenished in a timely manner. If you’re visiting during a busy period you may find better options elsewhere, but overall the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our stay was comfortable and perfect for our visit to Strasbourg.

Convenient hotel for the city center, large room for four people. Very poor cleanliness, in the days spent in the hotel, no improvement. The air conditioning was not working properly, but not a big problem, we suffered a bit of heat, having to turn it off for the night. A good breakfast with a decent variety.

I stayed 2 night, but they charged me 3 nights, Such A cheating, i asked for refund, they just said refund is ok, now it’s too long time for refund, I asked them for evidence of tranfer money, They has no response, very ignore, It means nothing happens for my refund, I lost money for 1 night!!!!! Very bad , The worst experience in my life is HERE!!!!! Cheating!!!!

Amazing staff. So helpful. The bathroom was very clean. Room was quiet and relatively spacious for an ancient building (with great charm). The breakfast buffet was a little pricey, but there were really quality foods and good variety.

We really liked everything about the hotel and will go back again but our problem was that the Jacuzzi was broken. I did a lot of research to find a hotel that provided a whirlpool Jacuzzi and we were very much looking forward to using it. I had a feeling when we questioned the staff about it that it had be broken for quite some time. They use it as a selling feature in all of their literature and Expedia also notes that the Jacuzzi it available to us. They need to fix this problem.

Beautiful room. Very spacious and modern bathroom. Young lady at reception was welcoming and helpful. Location was close to all sights.

Great location one block to city centre. we went here during the holiday and it was a great way to be a part of City Centre without sleeping there. Hotel staff was very accommodating even with my English only communication. I would definitely stay here again.

wonderful place because it has the charme of the old local '500 building with modern rooms and services. spa really enjoyable. almost on the river, 7 mins walking both from Cathedral and Little France. the restaurant is excellent as well.

Sleeping is not easy since is very noisy.
The hotel was clean and the service friendly though could not really help with tje parking issue.
Additionally I forgot some piece of clothing in the hotel and once I called multiple timea the answer they gave me was originally unclear and later on very vague to end up on "we will investigate and let you know". They also mentioned they would call back but never did.
Location is very good, in proximity to the city centre.

A simple clean hotel. Nothing fancy, a little dated, but who cares. We werent there to sit in the hotel room. It was very clean and air-conditioned. The staff was lovely. They had a spa/pool available to guests and a restaurant attached. It a hop skip and a jump to the historic centre and grocery stores.

The hotel is the classic French look and feel, small, warm, cozy type, and rooms quite small and bathrooms are very small. There are zero amenities here, so don't expect much. Parking is impossible and you must walk about 4-5 blocks away to park at the nearest parking garage. The breakfast (included) is very small and the service staff did not approach even once and I was quite disappointed. I had to approach them for service. The hotel is very well located to get to everything in the entertainment district and that was the main plus. I hotel reception staff was exceptional.

The location was very good for exploring Strasbourg and the staff was very helpful. There were good closets and the room was very comfortable. Very satisfactory all around
