The floor was filthy with crumbs all over . The ceiling was covered in stink bugs and ladybugs. The bed linens were turned inside out and there were dirty paw prints from a dog and crumbs in the bed. The smell of the room was so bad I went and got car air fresheners out of the car . Checked out the next morning and the sign on the counter said sorry no housekeeping on the weekend. So that’s why I guess.

Needed some place to sleep on our way to an east coast road trip. Definitely would not have picked this place. Super dirty. Poorly lit. Being next to a golf course, you’d think it was going to be decent but was not.
We (2 females) actually felt unsafe at night walking our dog. Litter and trash everywhere. Outside doors to hotel do not close/lock. Our room STUNK so bad of cigarettes. Stains on towels, bedding, paint peeling everywhere, outlets that don’t work, holes in the walls, “workout room” out of order, lobby bathroom out of order… if it wasn’t so late at night and being exhausted from driving all day and prepaying - we would have just left. I almost would have rather slept in my car.
We also didn’t know it until the next morning when we lifted the blinds but the window was open (probably for someone previous to smoke) so we were not secure all night. Random people walking near property all night. Would not want to stay here again nor recommend for pretty much anyone.
Usually have no problem with Red Roof, especially being pet-friendly, but this one was one-star or less.

Great location off highway and convenient. Not enough parking. Little to no soap and had trouble with the dispenser of soap in the shower. Otherwise, clean and spacious.

It was a stay right after we got married and the service was great, room was nice and bed was comfy!

The room was as shown however the service was horrible. The tentant was rude, we called the serice bell and waited over ten minutes just to check out. He did not explain the wifi services. The only thing offer for breakfast was coffee and breakfast was offered on the site. Would not stay again.

Relaxing overnight stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Hotel is no frills, but definitely adequate for a safe, quiet night of rest. Front Desk agent provided us with a menu for a nearby Italian Restaurant (Berwick) that provided very fast delivery. And the food was excellent.

They did not clean my room or make the bed the second day. I wasn't informed of this ahead of time and still had to pay full price. I even had to go to the lobby to get fresh towels. They wouldn't even bring them to me. People were cooking food in their rooms and made the place smell awful. The water in the shower also smells bad.

Red roof has definitely changed from many years ago. The entire hotel was spotless. The room was huge and everything was comfortable and clean. It was a great place to stay with our family.

Our first room had no water we were loved to another room again no water-neither in the sink or shower. Moved again with very low water pressure. The next morning it was fixed so we did get a shower before we left. 2nd floor hallway no air conditioning and a horrible

The phone didn't work so I had to call the front office outside line. If you have a fridge, it might be nice to have a microwave. Otherwise, all good. Need MY Pillow, pillows. something more comfortable. Thanks!

I was there for one night I check in and the next morning I woke up at 6 Am and there was no water, I waited for over 3 hours and the water was still not buck, when I check in with the front desk at 7:00 Am, they didn’t know there was no water and didn’t know when it was coming back, the staff was rude, so I waited a lil bit after 9:00 and the water was still not back so I had to leave, because I need it to use the toilet and perform my personal hygiene, when I check out I ask the front desk that if so was able to get a type of refund and the general manager said that I was going to get a refund am still waiting for my refund and I also contacted Expedia because I book through them, horrible experience with Expidia and the hotel, they don’t have and care or compassion towards customers. The first thing we do waking up is personal hygiene and this people doesn’t care.

Our stay was fine, we were travellunf with 3 young children and had to stop over night. Check in/out was quick. Morning staff were much friendlier than night staff. The room was so hot when we got in and with 3 over tired kids we were rushing to get to bed and set the ac to fan not cool so it was uncomfortable sleeping. The beds werent great but sufficient for a quick stay. Easy to access off the highway

Our stay was ok. Can't complain about the price we got for our room. There was one incident when there were police officers that raided one of the rooms for a case of a minor altercation between guests. We felt a little bit unsafe because of the incident.
The hotel had good pet areas which we liked. The cleaning lady was very nice.

The shower head wasnt working, sprayed water all over bathroom and smelled like sulphur. Noisy guests on our floor and beds were horrible! We will not stay here again!

The hotel seemed fairly decent at first glance, but upon closer inspection, there were several issues that detracted from our experience. Our room revealed some maintenance shortcomings, including a plastic bag holding the drain together. However, the maintenance team was prompt and friendly in addressing this with putty. The toilet was also disappointing, with a strange liquid floating in it, indicating poor cleanliness standards. Additionally, a disruptive 5 am fire alarm persisted for 5-10 minutes, highlighting potential safety concerns. Furthermore, our room was notably dusty, and we doubted if the sheets were changed during our entire stay. While the hotel's pricing is affordable, it does not outweigh the maintenance and cleanliness issues encountered. Although the staff was friendly, there are certainly maintenance issues that need immediate attention and therefore we probably won’t book again.

Room had a faint odor of marijuana when the fan was on and the refrigerator was loud. Other than that, I thought the hotel was clean and comfortable and would recommend this hotel.

Check in lady was nice, but…,
After lugging our bags with our dog up to top floor, she didn’t properly activate the key card so had to go back down and leave the kids msg with luggage and dog in the hall…
got back up there only to find out she switch our two queen bed rooms to a queen suite with sofa bed, fine enough but…
Pulled out the sofa bed later only to find no sheet on the bed and no sheets for it in the closets or drawers, really?
Had to shlepp back to down to lobby and wait for front desk to find sheets for sofa bed
After this second inconvenience, an apology and room discount the from front desk lady would have been a nice gesture. It was very late and we were all totally exhausted, so these tests on our patience were a painful smack of incompetent service
