Location wise - Excellent and convinient. Close to prime locations
Hotel facilities - Gym and swimming opening hours is too late. Would be good if it open starting at 6am.
Hotel FnB - Would be great if there is variety of Salad and bread.

Beds were comfortable with good room size. Had everything to make our stay enjoyable. Staff were very helpful. Restaurant and breakfast were very good. Very good location.

Hotel was a little old and need of upgrade. The pool was disappointing along with the breakfast.. The gym was was good with a good variety of equipment. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was very convenient to Gaya street market and restaurants.

For the whole duration of our stay (9 days) the swimming pool was undergoing renovation and maintenance and was unavailable for use. We were not notified of this prior to our arrival either by hotel or Expedia. The hotel provided shuttle service to pool at nearby sister hotel (Grandis) but this is not as covenient as having pool on site.

Check counter Miss May, she didn’t listen to our request and using different excuses to refuse our requests! She didn’t have smile on her face. Don’t show any professional service!

Probably the best thing about it is that it is located at a very central location. The interior of the hotel is very dated. For what it charges, I don't find it value for money.

The hotel is situated in downtown with restaurants and shopping centres conveniently close by. The room we stayed was roomy, but some of the décor are beginning to worn out with the furniture and floor containing visible scratches. However, beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great with quite a lot of varieties.

Very dirty hotel . Every corner is dirty and the room also is dirty . There are ants all over the place and inspite of bringing this to the notice of the staff nothing was done .

We stayed there for one night. The room is comfortable with good sea view. The location is easy to go to the city centre for shopping and eating. Breakfast is good.
