The facade of the building might not be the most appealing but the Inn and the room are very clean and charming.

Very beautiful old Inn, clean, beautifully preserved, and quiet! Amazing owners, Neil and Lalena..who are so helpful, accommodating , and go out of their way. Delicious breakfast made in front of you by owners...it was a joy to stay here.Thankyou

Only negative was that I had a room with the bathroom a step higher than the main bedroom. That can be dangerous for an 83 year old with bad balance.

Beautiful huge B&B located downtown St. John overlooking the Bay of Fundy. Breakfast was good! Amazing staircase up to the second floor!

I have never in my entire life of travelling fwlt ripes off like i did with this place. First, the building esterior is in the worst shape ever. The price is not worth it in any way. The building has the oldest log and house smell ever, yet they want it to be scent free. Internet was barely working, breakfast was a size fits all style. We were not given other options to select from. I really wantes to.treat my kids to a different travel accommodation experience, but this bed and breakfast was an absolute fail. The beds made my bodies ache, no.noise proof, so.once it's 6AM or earlier, the noise from the cars on.the street starts and tiu are awake for the rest of the day. I wish there is a board to dispute the money I paid for this place. I will never book this place again, neither will I recommend it to.anyone. If you must charge that amount of money, make.somw.efforts and fix up.the house. You can't say it's scent free and expect people to relax in an old smelly space. There are tons of nature air freshers or environmentally friendly scents. The building looks like it would collapse any moment in.

Overall a nice stay, the room was large and comfortable. Everyone was very nice.

Stayed in superior room 5 Veranda Room. No veranda. Overall square metre was 28/29 not 42 as booked. There was no room for a third person as advertised. Inside the communal areas were spacious. Outside the exterior was becoming dilapidated and in need of repair and re-decoration.

Good location and nice view of the city. Easy to get into the downtown area of the city (locals call it uptown). Excellent breakfast. All rooms have tubs with a shower. Some have a deep claw foot tub with a makeshift shower, so if you don’t like that then request a room with a regular tub.

Beautiful B&B, with nice rooms, a spacious and welcoming lounge, great breakfasts, and friendly staff!. Unique experiences include the "Widow's Walk," with views of the city, and sighting of a deer walking through the neighbour's yard.

A beautiful historic property with a great view of the city. Our room was gorgeous with a very comfortable bed surrounded by antique furnishings. A jacuzzi bathtub in the bathroom. The breakfast was the best we had on our 3 week holiday. It was a hot breakfast cooked just for each guest with many other options available also.

VERY good breakfast! Overall, good accommodations but lack of A/C is not helpful when you’re under the Heat Dome.

Very unique, historic B&B with lovely owners...it's older but that's part of the charm! The bathroom was squeaky clean and we had everything we needed in our standard room. (My cousins' deluxe rooms were more spacious and that's where we gathered for wine and conversation.) Breakfast was delicious, with friendly conversation with the owner/chef. Could've stayed longer!

This property was absolutely beautiful. Our hosts were attentive, breakfast was generous and well prepared. Rooms were clean and spacious. It’s such a lovely old house that made us feel at home and stepping back into another era. Loved it and plan to stay again.

Wonderful service from check-in to check-out! The Captain’s suite was spacious and clean, and the entire inn is filled with wonderful antiques and local historical photos. The breakfast was delightful, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We will be visiting again on our next trip to Saint John
