The steps to the second floor were long and very steep, the one nearest the office felt rickity and one of the steps broke while I was ther and had to be repaired. The repair was done wrong with the step that broke by setting it back and it made the step shorter and very unsafe.

The hotel was just what we needed for our stay in Clearlake! Good price to lay our heads at night after a long day of visiting family in the area! Basic rooms with microwave and fridge but clean and tidy. We will stay here again!

The lady working check I was extremely rude! The motel was disgusting. I’m surprise the place is in business! I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there! It was the worst motel I’ve ever been to!

Linnen stained with blood, towels dirty and curtain of shower black molded. Smell of rotten curtain dominant during whole stay!

The beds were twins and cheap, the room was good. It was a very very windy day and the WIFI went out for hours, but the weather was abnormally bad that day so I doubt that happens much. The rooms coffe pot isnt KEURIG as we brought our own and couldn't use it. Lots of places to get things if need close. Good Location. has a fridge, tiny microwave and they will give you more coffee. Because of the COVID lie that cause them not to change the sheets daily are still in place like any other hotel as they drop staff. Weed shop accross the street, good stuff, no refunds but very close to walk and get what you want. I would go back especailly on a nice summer day. No problems with people stealing from the car, small town vibe. I would go back especailly on a nice summer day.

I had hotel staff member enter my room while I was sleeping notifying me that check out time was 12:00 pm. Never mind I had a two night reservation. This place is a dump. Take your business elsewhere.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at your motel for the night. It was comfortable.

We thought we scored got a family room it was clean and nice the pullout was unsleepable and it was like the size of a tiny loveseat so you couldn't sleep on it not pulled out either . Then the bathroom flooded at 11 pm an hour later a matainence man came and put towels all around floor then tub flooded with sewage. They didn't move us my feet got wet with toilet water when I used bathroom in night. Lots of drug activity also

Once I got out of my car at the parking lot, I was hit by the most terrible smell coming from the lake and some guests drinking beer outside of their room. The front desk will talk to you from a small window, not trying to be at least a little bit nice. Although I was surprised to see 3 queen size beds in our room, everything else was unclean, the couch had tons of stains on it, there were big cobwebs hanging from the walls, the towels were really thin and cheap, and the provided toiletries not so good either. Not to count the amount of sketchy people hanging out at the parking lot and stairs. Unfortunately, my family and I didn’t have a good experience staying at this hotel/motel.

All night long into the early morning hours people arguing and screaming at each other in multiple rooms. I had to sleep with a firearm because I felt like someone was gonna try to commit a Robery or steal a car . And I was not gonna be a victim. I left at 5 am because these jerks kept the fighting going the entire time .

Stayed here overnight on a two-day cycling tour with friends. Quite and clean, with easy walking distance of a nice little Mexican restaurant.

The walls are very thin. The top blanket was really dirty it had brown and white stuff all over it.

Key positive was cleanliness of beds and bathroom. Room itself was run down. Biggest gripe was WiFi signal which was so weak as to be barely useable - definitely couldn’t stream anything and frequently disconnected.

This is an older motel and has little to recommend it. It was not our first choice but most others in the area were already fully booked.
