Decent hotel for the area and town.

Decent hotel for the price. Good location. Nice staff. Overall pleasant. Pool was ice cold. Only complaint!

It's a decent hotel and most staff is great. However, the kitchen hospitality isn't very good. For example, my wife and i wanted coffee each morning and they wouldn't bring us coffee alone. They would say they are busy and to call back. We learned quickly that the only time they would bring us coffee is when we would also prefer breakfast. Apparently it was a waste of their time to bring us just coffee. Also, we had to order 4 cups of coffee at a time because the would only fill the small tea cupped size coffee cups halfway, 3 sips and the coffee was gone. Alit of the menu items were "not available today" and these tended to be items that were very inexpensive and they were steering is to order more expensive items. Tipping....i am a US citizen and when I interacted with hotel staff they expected and asked for a tip. But when my native Colombian wife interacted with staff they did not ever suggest her to tip. But all in all it's a decent place to stay with a great pool and the receptionists are really helpful.

The staff was amazing they helped me with everything very friendly and hotel rooms are really nice clean and smell really good highly recommend
