Unfortunately someone was smoking in a ajoining room and our room and clothes stunk. This is not a petty complaint it was truely gross.

The road leading to the hotel is quite bumpy. The car park is muddy during raining.

Had to walk up 37 steps to the room. Hotel has no elevator. Room was tiny and I had to lower my head to enter the bathroom. Almost no taxis in that area.
It did have a good breakfast.

Restaurant,room cleanliness, Service was friendly. The only Problem was the noise, Television in neighbouring room so loud it was like in your room. Even with earplugs it was difficult to sleep. There
was a notice saying not to use Television loudly at night. Unfortunately not observed.

Right overlooking the lake which is fabulous. We upgraded to lake view and I’d higjly recommend that.
Hotel is over a restaurant.
Hotel is upstairs and a little old & in need of a renovation BUT the lake view and lake surroundings were all you notice.
We stayed 1 night & we’d definitely stay again

Hotel was very comfortable. Open setting over looking a nice lake. The restaurant was Bering good with fast an friendly survive. Prices were in line with other restaurants in the area.

A very nice hotel in a Beautiful area.The room with lake view window is amazing.Clean and the stuff very polite.Pizza was great at the restaurant.Unfotunately a little bit noisy from the street.

Dont make the mistake to choose restraunt next door because of special offer. Stay at hotelrestaurant. The quality makes the difference.

Nice little hotel overlooking the beautiful lake Lugano. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Hotel could be a bit cleaner, though. It was all a bit dusty and messy.

We have choosen for this hotel because of the lowprice and didn't expect to much.
Because we were traveling we only stayed for one night.
The hotel en restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. Friendly staff. Good beds. Clean room.

Hospitable and welcoming! Great service and room. Loved the food during breakfast and the available diner -- a busy place but worth it all. The only disadvantage is transportation - taxis are expensive and difficult to find!

The wifi didn't work in the room, the second floor room we had was really low and you could here every sound that came from outside or from an another room. So not the best experience but very cheap and nice location by the lake. Also the pizza in the restaurant was great!

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable but otherwise the staff and location were wonderful. One or two minor maintenance issues in the bathroom needed but the room was brilliant otherwise. Great for families.

Hotel has a fine location near the lake; views are very nice (and better if you have a balcony space too). Always good parking and a very good restaurant with a vast menu available (almost too many too choose from - and always with very large portions!)

This is a great little hotel situated right on the shores of Lake Lugano with comfortable rooms and a fantastic pizzeria on site with wonderful food at very good prices, The rooms are comfortable if not luxurious but have everything you could want - book a lake view - you get a balcony with a panorama of the lake you will never forgot.

Hotel and service were generally fine. Just two problems: 1) highway/street runs between the hotel and street (ruins the otherwise gorgeous view ... and can be fairly noisy during the day); 2) Internet did not work properly. Service was great and, overall, made up for these problems.

The rooms are OK, but the walls are fairly thin and there is quite a bit of noise from the other rooms and the hallway. The worst part is there were insects in our room, such as fly, ant, and mosquito... In addition, we can not open our windows because there are 4 big garbage cans sit under the window. Wi-Fi connection was poor. Overall, we got bad experience.

There's an airport en route Lugano, which causes traffic pileup and makes the drive to this place a 1 hr affair. Not advised for a night acco for Lugano.Hotel is fine. No issues with the hotel. Has a nice italian restaurant attached and on the picturesque lugano lake.

It really was a great stay for 1 night. Price was really good compared to the Swiss side of the lake- the reason we stayed here. Just a little noisy at night- could hear the restaurant down below a little but other than that it was good. Breakfast was quite adequate and we had not issues. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This is a family business. They have a seemingly popular restaurant on the ground floor. The rooms are OK, but the walls are fairly thin and there is quite a bit of noise from the other rooms and the hallway. Overall, good for the money.

The hotel next to the lake Lugano, it is a million dollars view that money can't buy,it's beautiful and pleasant ,but we don't get the room face to the lake,it still o.k. because their restaurant cook excellent pasta,and the price is very reasonable. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

The accommodations were wonderful. The personnel were stupendous. The restaurant was magnificent. The location and lake/Swiss border position was excellent.
