The people were absolutely gracious. Bathroom was a bit small but overall, excellent.

This place isn't exceptional. But it doesn't have bugs and it's cheap. So that's a win in my book. The mini fridge didn't work because it was over frosted and the cold couldn't circulate. The microwave, shower, towels and beds are old and worn, but functional. Like I said, no bugs in my room so I'd go back. Especially for the price

Found out i was over charged, bed linen wasnt changed and staff was very rude

As is typical on my travels this year, this property's front desk failed to do the wake up call. Otherwise, good value for the money. Washcloths looked dingy.

Very outdated. I wasn't expecting much but it was worse than I thought. Stains on towels, non-smoking room was definitely smoked in (smell & ash), and sticky floors just to name a few things.

The wife of this property is fabulous, very welcoming and sweet. I Love that it's on the main road and you have full accessibility to dining all around. Adams Inn has a safe and quiet atmosphere. I was no comfortable laying on the sheets because they were too dingy or not washed good enough, but I always carry extra blankets for the purpose of sleeping on my own stuff when needed.

The Adams Inn was quaint, the enclosed courtyard type construction was pleasant. Everything was clean and neat. It is in a very convenient location for dining and shopping. I would definately stay here again.

For the price of the room the stay was good. It is not a top notch hotel, but the room was clean enough and we only needed it to sleep for the night.

The sink was slow draining. The shower hadn’t been cleaned or rinsed from the previous guests.

All linens including the sheets appeared to be dirty. We asked for clean sheets when we first got there. The sheets looked like a dog had just slept on them. Most towels looked like they had been used for cleaning. We had to ask for towels every day..we were there for three days. The floor needed cleaning. There were some patching on the walls. It appears the owner is trying to fix the place up. Our main problem was the linens. GET NEW LINENS! The web site said it was 11 miles from Enterprise, where we were going and it was actually about 29 miles. To some people this could make a big difference. Not a horrible experience but it could have been better. GET NEW LINENS!!!!!

Parking was terrible as it was hard to get in and out of. The outside was terrible abandoned cars, etc. The owner was pleasant, but it was more like an apartment with people living there.

Everything was good for working men room didn’t have any hand towels but other than that everything was good

I like the character of the hotel. I like the feel of a older hotel and clean.

They had new flooring in our room and new paint... was pleasantly surprised because of the ratings thought it was going to be bad and wasn’t.

Met my needs for the weekend visit. Good price for what I could afford.

The only good thing about this property is it’s location! This is my 2nd time staying here and I’m extremely disappointed! Last time we came we had a better stay —only thing was the refrigerator wasn’t working but this time was terrible! We found cockroaches crawling around —some even in the refrigerator! The WiFi didn’t work at all and when u call the front desk all they do is tell you to reboot your phone which still doesn’t work. What really upset me was that we were only given 2 towels and when I called to request to have more the employee at the front desk told me it’ll be a little while before he can grab me some because he’s the only one at the front desk. One hour went by—still no towels ! I went to the front office and asked him about the towels again and he told me his manager will be here in about 15 minutes then he can leave to grab me the towels. Over 3 hours went by and still no towels! We had to shower and wipe off with our clothes!! How ridiculous! Then the employee from the front desk came after we were already in bed to bring the towels—didn’t even apologize— Ridiculous! I def would not recommend!

Just a old hotel, not far families or for kids check it out before renting

Booked on Expedia. Drove 16 hrs straight, got there a little early before the normal check-in time. Just wanted to get a room and go to sleep before work the next day. Wouldn't let me check in, said I had to wait till 3:00. So I cancelled my reservation and went somewhere else. Then found out that they charged me $52 dollars for not giving 24 hrs. notice of cancellation. Went back there to get my money back, but was denied. I hate everything about this experience, one that cost me $52 for nothing.
