Very well located for many good restaurants in a few minutes walk. Friendly welcome by fluent English speaking staff. The roof terrace was a plus and a good place for a drink before heading out for the night. Breakfast the usual cold meats/ cheeses/ fruit/yoghurt/coffee machine affair if you've stayed in any hotel you know the drill. Altogether excellent value.

Fantastic property right in the heart of the old town. Just a lovely property, simply furnished with a lovely roof terrace overlooking the city and Cathedral

The location is perfect, right in the city center of Palma. The service was perfect and the staff tried to help us with all our different questions. The breakfast was very nice with fruit, bread, ham and cheese. The rooftop is amazing where we had breakfast in the morning and shared a glass of wine before going to bed.

This is the ideal place to stay for a value for money, brilliant location and everything you could need for a few nights away. The staff were super friendly and very helpful, the rooms were cleaned and towels changed daily, reception and common areas were nicely decorated and although the rooms were very basic they were clean, functional and the beds were super comfy. The location is perfect for the main attractions, a 2 minute walk to the end of the street and you can see the fountain, the palace and the cathedral. The rooftop terrace have amazing views of the sights and is definitely an added bonus!

The staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in the centre and you can walk to most of the main attractions easily.
I took the breakfast most mornings, which was good value for money. The bar terrace also gives excellent views of Palma

Brilliant location with an amazing roof terrace. We've been coming here for more than fifteen years due to its proximity to where we want to go.

The position was perfect - right near the beautiful cathedral. Beautiful roof terrace views. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. Unfortunately the property could do with refurbishment - new showers, furniture etc. to bring it up to a high standard.

Well designed tiny boutique hotel in the old part of Palma. Restaurants, shops, harbour,taxi, buses nearby. Fast wifi. Small room but excellent furnished. Helpful staff. If Palma will stay there again.

They actually are too honest. Not noisy. Not really a hostal. Great roof deck. Free water. Checked me in early. Right behind cathedral. One block from port. Market around corner. Fyi. Get off second bus stop from airport and walk along water to hotel or take la rambla to jaume something to placa la reina from station. Map makes it seem harder than it is.

Although the room was tiny, the location was perfect and service was amazing. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was 6 euro per person and was very good for the price.

Cosy hostel in the centre; staff calls before arrival about check in time. When they aren't around anymore they guide you inside perfectly. Welcoming desk with coffee and tea and a roof terrace with nice view. Would stay again, as this time was ultra short! Thank you so much

The room was in poorer conditions than it is showed online. The joints were poorly finished underneath the shower leaving a gap between the floor and the shower.
