This hotel is a beautiful location but no where when i booked does it state you have to pay for parking at the hotel. The staff was not friendly, cleaner rudely banged on our door at 10pm to hand us towels we didn't request. When checking in the staff did not state when breakfast took place where the pool was or even the elevator. Valet parking was not to bad but the entire time we stay we never received the link to request our vehicle like they kept telling us to do.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The staff is always very courteous and professional. I would’ve given a 5-star rating but when booking the hotel, I had to pay an additional fee for breakfast which we didn’t mind. Unfortunately, the continental breakfast being served was no better than previous hotels we’ve stayed at that cost much less and offered better options. Also, there is now a parking fee which was a bit confusing when first arriving to the hotel. Make sure to notify the parking attendant you are a guest at the hotel and not pay via the QR code as posted. Otherwise, still a great hotel with a beautiful view of the Tennessee River.

For over $250 a night, I expected a) NOT to be able to hear toilets in other rooms, b) NOT to have to write down my cc # because the machine was broken (I still dont trust this) & c) NOT to have to pay $18 for parking! Terrible entrance to the parking area and way too many children in the hot tub.

Great location…walkable to downtown. Included breakfast was hot and had several options. Everyone in our group found something yummy to eat. The staff was very friendly. The pool was small but adequate and the hot tub was relaxing. The room was comfy. The only downside of the room was the bathroom. It looked nice, but was very impractical. Counter space was tiny, only two towel hooks for a room for 6 (despite plenty of wall space in the bathroom), and no divisions in the bathroom meant you couldn’t brush your teeth while someone else showered. Not a make or break issue, but kind of annoying.

I did not like my view of the river. The description of the room should be more accurate. The TV was not positioned correctly to be viewed from the bed. It should have been mounted rather than sitting on the side were you have to turn your head from the bed to view it. The staff was not that friendly either.

This hotel is really clean and the staff is friendly. I thought I would have issues finding parking at the hotel since it’s in with a popular restaurant in the area but the parking wasn’t bad. The only complaint is I had to pay to park.

We were disappointed by the restaurant attached as it was marked for hotel guests only on the outside patio yet when we asked for seating we were told they don’t serve out there and we would have to wait for indoor seating or order takeout. Seemed quite contradictory after traveling all day and choosing to sit where it was marked for hotel guests only - almost like the hotel guests came second to everyone else in the restaurant!

Nice hotel. It was right on the river, which was very beautiful. Large patio, shaded in the mornings. Breakfast in lobby adjacent. Valet or self park.

The resturaunt at the property was the best part of the stay. It was a very upscale menu at very affordable prices. The staff was knowledgable of the items and very friendly. The entire stay was enjoyable and I would recommend it to my friends!!

Everything was great. The only thing that I did not like was the mattress on either bed. It made a noise as you turned over and you could hear the springs pop as you tried to sleep. And this was the first Hotel I have ever paid to park on the hotel parking lot.

I really loved the hotel!! We had a 5th floor balcony and the views were great. The Parking Is EXSPENSIVE and a Problem!! The room was nice but should have a lock on bathroom door. The pool and breakfast were nice. The front desk staff is very much in need of hospitality training. Upon check-in it is not clear how or to whom you you pay for parking. I paid with the app and then was told it would be charged to the room. So I was charged double even after I told the person at the front desk. The front desk staff is not welcoming or very personable. I felt like I was interupting thier conversation to check me in. I was made to feel as I was somehow bothering them. So overall my experience was great except for the parking and front desk staff.

Beautiful river view. Not much to say about check in staff. They didn't seem welcoming. The breakfast was nice along with breakfast staff. Poor parking and extra $20.00 charge put on bill for valet even if not used.
