Two major issues here. 1) I am a Hilton Honors member and virtually checked in only to find someone about to enter my hotel room who was also assigned the same room after me. Thank god I opened my hotel room door in time to see this man and have the conversation outside my door rather than inside our hotel room. 2) water was cold in the shower. We traveled with another family whose shower temperature was just fine. After mentioning this to the front desk, my husband was told there’s nothing they can do for our shower. Even in the morning they told us we had to wait till 10 am for maintenance but no one ever showed up. Absolute worst stay I’ve ever had at a Hilton. I expect some sort of refund from Expedia for this debacle.

We were given a handicapped room and we are not handicapped. There were black hairs all over the bathroom floor and tub. Gross.

A very nice Hampton Inn in Harrisburg in a quiet area! Best part is they have rooms for our pets to come with us! Room was nice and large with all needed amenities. Very well manicured and landscaped yard. Not far from restaurants!

Stay away from freeway traffic side; it can be loud. Staff was great. Breakfast was adequate.

Sheets were dirty fridge didn’t work

Hotel was dirty. Didn’t feel like staying in Hampton Inn. It was more of a motel 6, econolodge vibe.

Room was spacious but outside noise from the interstate was a bother all night long. Rooms were not cleaned and we had to call for fresh towels.

Our room came with only two towels, musty pillows, and flat sheets which didn’t fit the bed. There was a lot of mold in and around the bathtub. It felt as if they cut corners. The folks in the room next to us had a dog which was up most of the night. Overall, not the quality I expected in a Hampton hotel.

We liked our stay. A little difficult to find the hotel. The remote for tv was broken would not stay together. Nice breakfast, too.

Property was nice!

Awesome guest service, very welcoming and knowledgeable of the services in the local area. The room was spacious and quiet. Would not hesitate to use again, however i will book directly through the hotel as opposed to using a third party , Expedia.

We checked in and the receptionist, Gloria was outstanding! Gloria was very friendly and so efficient. She made several recommendations for dinner and gave us a map. I highly recommend.

Clean, quiet and excellent beds! What more could an exhausted traveller ask for?

The handicap shower flooded the bathroom floor

Was disappointed that the room was not tidied while we were away. Needed clean towels and trash emptied coffee replenished.

I booked a King Suite. When I got there I was told I had a standard 2 queen room. I specifically booked a King to have more bed space as I am pregnant. When I told them this they apologized and said there was a leak in one of the king rooms and they were completely booked so they couldn’t give me another room. Then said they could comp me a beer. I again said I’m pregnant. So they said they’d give my fiancé 2 beers when the bar opens. We had plans to attend a concert so we wouldn’t be there the whole time the bar was open. The man behind the counter said he’d give him one beer now. That was it, that was the only compensation they would offer us. Once we got to our non suite queen room, it was like they didn’t finish cleaning. There were drinking left in the fridge from the previous people and there was hair and dirt in the bottom of the tub. When I went back down to talk to someone at the desk all I got was a “we can’t really do anything about it.” Definitely not the Hilton stay I’m used to.

The Hotel was ok. I’m usually not the person who leaves a bad review but under these circumstances I have no choice. Check in was normal, the room was average. We had no heat and the window shades were broken so we couldn’t shut the shades to block out the daylight. Between being cold and struggling to sleep once the sun came up it was impossible to rest. It was a miserable stay never again !
