Elevator was out had my poor 76 yr old handicap mother and handicap son had to walk 3 flights of stairs and walk downstairs

Although it appeared clean, this hotel is somewhat dated. There were cracked floor tiles in our bathroom along with some sloppy caulking type work. It made it look dirty. Hotel is conveniently located and is good for a weekend. My direct interaction with housekeeping staff was very good.

It was easy to Checkin and the clerk was very courteous. The room was clean. The only problem I had was with handicapped parking, when I got back after going out at 12:30 am, 2 of the spots were taken by someone with no handicapped plate or place card.

We have stayed a Microtel for the past 5 years because it is in a convenient location, the service is excellent, the rooms are clean and kept up.

I like that the rooms are inside the building. The breakfast was ok. Very quite and the staff was helpful went you needed directions. The motel was very close to the new Dennys that was a plus. Will probably be my place to stay when needed.

The staff was very friendly and promt. The TV in the room didnt work, every channel had ALOT of horizontal lines, like we were missing the old fashion antenna =>. Overall we had a good stay.

Manager and staff did not seem to care about fixing issues we experienced. When we entered our room we noticed that the toilet didn’t work. We were told that maintenance was not available and would bring a plunger for us to fix issue. I asked for the room to be cleaned and towels be replaced and the request was ignored. Day 2 the toilet still continued to have problems and would move and seep water when flushed. Wouldn’t recommend.

when Igot there they could not find my reservation,they finally did, they had given it to someone else.they moved them out ,cleaned the room, we waited .finally got the room. I needed a hand I cap room.I asked for disability .my. water in bath room was real hot or real cold.i asked for discount for error, said I needed to contact you all

Did not like the humidity I felt in the room the floor in the bathroom felt moist the sheets felt damp as well. The hotel has not had any upgrades from the last time I stayed there. The rooms are too dark as well as the carpet makes them look dirty.

Overall, stay was fine. Met our need for a place to spend the night for a graduation. Our room was supposed to be ADA. Purposely chose it as the description said walkin shower. My son had knee surgery and needed something he didn't have to step over. There was a built in bath seat, but the shower situation was not good. I had also asked for a later checkout time due to the timing of the graduation and wanting to be able to come back to room and regroup and change clothes. I guess my need was met, but they gave me 30 extra minutes. I was concerned as i wasn't for sure what time service would be over. Again, overall the hotel and the staff was fine.
