We’ve stayed in many hotels and motels, and this was absolutely disgusting, there was mold in the ceilings I turned on the hot tub and black chunks of debris shot out of the Jets, there was semen, stains all over the mirror and the dresser next to the bed plus there was food, stains, or some kind of stains on the walls and it was just absolutely ridiculously disgusting and they would not give us our money back nor would they even try to clean the room which we still wouldn’t of stayed but it was horrible and also there was some dangerous electrical cord hanging out of the wall. It was a nightmare.

Not real clean-ashes in sink on arrival, no hot water and ragged towels. Air conditioner breaker faulted-room hot and humid.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews even if the experience was bad . But this place was absolutely horrible especially considering the price . Was so dirty and the smell was terrible I could not sleep. I honestly wouldn’t go there if it was free

Facility is run down and dirty. No food, no coffee. Neighbors fought through the night. Open garbage cans below my door smelled terrible. They have weekly and "nap" rates, so that tells you a bit about what you're getting into.

I stayed for 2 days and the location of the hotel was perfect but i did run into a few mishaps. I ended up with a low fuse in the restroom that was instantly repaired. Then I noticed the wall hanger thing was detaching from the wall a bit scarry because it could have fallen on our heads. On the second day we noticed tons of mold on the ceiling so we ended up leaving and we ended up staying in wakeagan instead. The people at the front desk were very charming and welcoming.

The hotel was in a bad condition. The room was no smoking but had a terrible smell of smoke so I was forced to run the loud window A/C all night. The hotel did not seem safe although the surrounding neighborhood was not the issue. This forced me to close the windows as the screens were worn and gave no safety. The mattress cover had burn holes from cigaretts in it.

Horrible dirty nothing but nasty smell roaches and ants it’s supposed to be a hotel not a place to live monthly no breakfast coffee towels or maid service

It was a run down mess!! It was like a 90 horror show!! It was clearly false advertisement. It is no where near what the pictures look like. He was rude. He didn’t understand English and the staff whom I think were his parents woke us up repeatedly after we told them we aid for a 2 night stay. It was last minute on my part an I should have stuck to my regular ones.

The jacuzzi tub would’ve been nicer if the water coming out of the jets were less aggressive. Other than that everything was good.

The whirlpool sweet was clean and nicely updated had a wonderful time.

I would never stay there again it was nasty not a nice place and unclean was not happy at all they tried to make it up but every room was not up to part

Look great from the outside and in a nice community. Rooms are not clean and property maintenance deteriorating. The room rates are below local averages for a reason.

stayed here for one night. booked the place online. check-in was fast and easy. the room smelled like cigarettes even though you aren't allowed to smoke inside. the bathtub was rusty. toilet and sick worked fine. the bed was comfortable and sheets looked clean. we had the AC at 68 degrees and it was still pretty warm in the room.

Booked this last minute due to a missed flight, and it was an absolute dump, and I wished I'd just slept in the airport chairs. The room unbearable wreaked of smoke, had uncleaned toilet, busted walls with scattered drywall on the floor, and had strongly musty sheets. Seriously resembles a halfway house that someone would deal drugs or prostitutes out of. DO NOT STAY HERE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR HEALTH.
