Kandla Gandhidham is more of a remote location however Radisson has developed this property very well ..well maintained perfect place to relax after a a hectic busy work schedule .

The duty manager Jay should be sent back to hospitality school, terrible service and rude behavior, otherwise my stay was comfortable.

It is a well appointed, well-maintained property with nicely manicured gardens and a welcoming atmosphere.
The facilities are good.
Room service can be prompter. My only disappointment was with the swimming pool as the hotel allowed guests with full, day clothes to just slip into the pool with children in tow at any time of the day, with little regard for pool hygiene or pre-swim shower guidelines. That gave me an impression of lack of care for hygiene--Covid or not--by the hotel authorities if guests in full clothes without any costume or swim attire could use the pool as a playground.

Mosquito nuisance but the was set right by providing liquidator.Food was good and service response also good. At the same time I requested for one day extension due to work exigencies but front desk staff was asking me repeatedly on the day I made request and next day morning and again in the night like your checkout is today or extended.

Feels quite new and has been maintained well.Close to the airport and given that kandla/gandhidham’s a small town, it’s not very far from the main markets either - a 19 minute drive.Well maintained, good service from the staff and excellent club facilities - great Pool, Table Tennis, snooker table, there’s even a squash court. They re thoughtful enough to have equipment because highly unlikely ones going to have Squash kit or TT rackets on a holiday. I was surprised that guests have to pay separately for some of the sports facilities - not a large amount but still surprising. I was surprised that guests have to pay separately for some of the sports facilities - not a large amount but still surprising.
The restaurant has a variety of cuisine, and both the local Gujarati cuisine, as well as South Indian and western were of a good quality.
The staff were very courtesy, friendly and the service was fairly prompt.

We choose this as it's the only hotel in its class in Kutch. The staff is well trained and sophisticated, but so many sorries can't cover up for so many little problems.
1. Poor welcome at the car dropoff
2. I booked with a baby , yet the room I got had to single beds put together, with a deep gap in between. The lady who handed me the keys apologized , but trust can't change the sleep experience.
3. Tables and counter tops in the royal suite were dirty , and after 4 reminders, couldn't be remedied. Again, staff apologies don't give clean tables.
4. One sliding door came off , and was repaired. One wash basin was clogged, bit someone was sent for repair promptly. So, full marks to the staff.
5. The changing rooms are far from the pool. Towel racks are not kept prominently.
6. Wooden planks on the deck are not well maintanened.

Nice hotel with all the facilities like swimming pool, game zone, sports, spa, mini theater, etc. The Jacuzzi was not operational or they did want to turn on :(. The food is also delicious, very expensive though.

We recently stayed for 3 nights at Radisson Kandla. The facilities are top notch and the staff was very attentive and courteous. We had a family get together at the Waves restaurant. The food was great and the final bill pleasantly surprised us. The hotel surpassed all our expectations.
