I headed to the coast for a quick weekend with my husband and daughter, and managed to pick the most perfect hotel I could’ve ever picked. It was very serene. We felt like we were the only people there. We had an incredible view from our room. We were right on the river. You could hear the sea lions and the birds, we were able to walk to a local restaurant and coffee shop (coffee girl)on Pier 39. The entire hotel was very clean and very well kept our room as well. We were very comfortable and we will definitely be back!
I am slightly picky, and I would only say that the pillows in the room were not super comfortable, but that’s pretty much every hotel and the gentleman who was keeping breakfast stocked had a moment where he used quite a bit of profanity when it appeared that someone had spilled something. I found that slightly odd as there were people, including my family nearby eating breakfast.

Seriously overpriced! This property is nothing special and I don't know why it was rated so highly...Very poor value for the money.

This is right on the water and next to the bike path which is very nice. The hotel was nowhere near full so I was a little disappointed not to be given a room that looked over the water. I had my bike with me and they let me take it to the room which was a huge bonus!

Room was a bit shabby for 350. Staff assured me that the "incidentals" would be refunded the day of checkout, turns out to be 3-5 business days.

The front desk person was very polite and quickly got us checked in, informed us about what time breakfast was the next day, and let us head to our room. I was most excited about the balcony on our room and i was not disappointed. The balcony was clean and had a gorgeous view. The only issue that we had with our stay was that the pillows offered no support. Normally we would have brought our own, but we were hoping for the best. Otherwise, excellent stay and we'll definitely stay here again. We'll just bring our own pillows next time.

Pluses: Very clean hotel, friendly staff, and lovely views.
Minuses: Hardest bed ever, breakfast quality - only choose the waffles - and with only one waffle iron, prepare to wait. And then…. The noisy sea lions are a real issue!! They make noise all night, so be prepared. Leave the bathroom fan on for white noise.
All in all, nice place, but a few quirks.

Room was nice and quiet , were out of Shampoo and conditioner in the shower asked for it to be changed while we were out for day and needed new towels and it was not done so that was disappointing . Man that works in breakfast area was very rude and was dressed very unprofessional, when he bent over to restock items his entire butt crack was out …. THE WHOLE THING !!!! Was very off putting while eating .
Can’t complain about the room or cleanliness was nice and clean and up to date .

Little bit of an ant problem in the bathroom/kitchen of our room. Other than that, friendly staff, great breakfast, comfortable bed, jacuzzi was clean and worked great.
