Good location, really close to bar street, and local eateries. There was a supermarket across the road, and always a lot of tuk tuk outside. The pool doesn't get any sun, and it's located right by reception, so everyone walking into/out of the hotel will see you. The breakfast was decent enough, basic but filled you up. I had a problem with the draining in the bathroom, therefore had to use towels to dry the floor. Internet on the first floor is very fast and reliable but very slow on the third floor (changed rooms to first floor). Staff were friendly, and they provide you with one free journey either from/to the airport. The rooms were spacious, and has a fridge.

Its clear my familys live in full time in the "hotel" the condition is Extreamly run down irs shocking! Yes the pool looks great but has a shine muck on the too. We booked and paid to have a balcony to fibd its one communal balcony for every one! The entrance is FULL of mother bikes all over the place from locals that come and go. We have no water for about 4 hours and they didn't care just kept saying wait wait wait. I would not stay here again!! Its like hostel.

Staff are nice and good, location is good, but many insect at night time

A great hotel that is reasonably close to most of the facilities. The staff are incredibly helpful, and friendly, and while the rooms aren’t the best that I’ve seen, they are certainly worth the price you pay. There is also a supermarket across the street that is quite well stocked, so while the breakfast options aren’t that huge, there are decent options near by. They also have a mini-van that does regular airport runs, and will even arrange a pick up from the airport as well. This hotel is certainly highly recommended.

I really appreciated the way we were greeted, with a cold towel and a drink. I was looking for a little more ambitious and excitement. Also, the entrance to the hotel was full of scooters and made the place less attractive. The staff was nice and friendly.

We stayed for 6 days and were very happy. The staff was the highlight of the stay. They were very friendly, cheerful, helpful and full of information, The room was clean cool and comfortable. Probably better than we expected considering the cheap price. The balcony had a good view of the pool and was a little noisy during the day. At night it was quiet.

Not perfectly clean and neat but friendly staffs, service like 5 star hotel and good location. Best for tourists who wants to stay near pub street :)

Has it all. Super friendly staff, all amenities including pool, great rooms, clean. Add an elevator and it is 4 star. But since you pay 15-20 dollars only...

It was perfect for a few nights! The room is clean & bed is comfy. Short walk to Night Market & Pub St. The staff was very helpful and courteous, San the receptionist went the extra mile to help us with a Khmer kick boxing event. The best part was the price, totally reasonable!

My husband and I feel like our stay at King Boutique was average, and in some ways we were very dissatisfied with our experience. Upon arriving to Siem Reap, we had reached out several times to arrange our airport transportation which was included in our payments. We had no response and no one was there to pick us up. We then got our own way there and upon arriving spoke with them to reimburse us. Nothing was done, and we asked again later during our stay and all they did was say sorry. I was not happy at this because the hotel transportation was a large part of why I booked our stay with this hotel. I still feel discouraged for this and feel like their costumer service was low. In regards to our room, we were a little uncomfortable with how dirty everything was. The air con looked moldy and the furniture was extremely dusty. But the blood stains on the wall behind the bed was what put us on edge... We had to ask frequently for towels (they were not provided there already) and on multiple occasions we were given ripped towels that smelled putrid and filthy. The beds were quite comfortable though and the bedding was very clean! There was construction going on as well and we had read reviews about that, but wow it was very loud and disturbing. Especially when we were swimming, we felt like the workers were watching us and we felt a bit uncomfortable. However, we LOVED the pool area and could see the effort the staff gave to make this hotel nice.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were clean to, but it could all do with a bit of TLC. Particularly the walls and the toilet in the reception area. However, the beds were comfy and the swimming pool was a real bonus! Thank you :)

Alot in my room was broken and i booked my own tours as the one I asked them to book on my behalf wasnt booked
