Our experience was awesome as soon we enter the hotel, started with a great greeting, excellent customer service, very clean hotel from the check in are until room and around the hotel. Great staff, we went for my birthday weekend just my husband and I and had a great time. Definitely I’ll be back here specially this hotel

Another great stay at this hotel. we go back year after year for the cleanliness, safety, service, & location. The parking fee is more than worth the price for the secure and convenient lot. As soon as we walked in this year Tracy one of the managers remembered us right away!! Talk about great customer service. The entire staff is amazing from the front desk, housekeeping, management, maintenance, & the very nice breakfast attendant lady. Ignore any bad reviews you see and also splurge a little on the suite it is totally worth the extra room! Sitting out on the front porch is very relaxing and good for people and rooster watching, meet some new friends in the courtyard over a drink that you can purchase along with snacks in the little store by the front desk. Take a walk down Flagler since every bar, shop, & restaurant on the strip is within walking distance, go early and stop by the Christmas shop for locally made souvenirs. Self serve laundry is great for getting those beach towels and suits ready for another day of sun & sand. Cannot say enough good about this hotel! See you guys next July as usual, maybe sooner and thank you so much for another great week of accommodations.

The staff was super friendly! You can’t beat the location. The best breakfast we’ve ever had at a Hampton Inn property.

Great Location

This is a very well maintained property with a beautiful courtyard. It is clean, comfortable and had a great location in the Flagler district. Restaurants, bar & grill, and a good family owned ice cream shop are within waking distance. The breakfast was good.

I found two bugs in the bed and the floors were super dirty. My feet were black from walking around the room.

The location was great and a nice outdoor patio. The rooms could use a up date. Still only giving room service every other day. Most rooms with no view. There is a $22.00 fee a day for parking. So that will add to the cost per night which is already high

Loved the location and the surrounding areas. The hotel was clean and the staff were wonderful. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff is great, the breakfast was wonderful. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach and local restaurants and shops. Mattress was too hard for my liking, so I didn't sleep well but everything else made up for it.

The New Smyrna Beach Hampton Inn was an excellent hotel: very clean, quiet and the staff were exceptional. Felt very safe at night highly recommend stay at this particular hotel.

Room had a strange arrangement. Desk chair would not raise up, the other chair was not comfortable. The soap dispensers were hard to use (the pumps). Breakfast was average at best. No where (on the website) did I see parking was $22 a day plus tax. Good location if you want to be close to the beach and action.

The carpets in the hallways are filthy!!! Our room was fine but I had a hard time getting cold water in the shower. And the hot water was scolding hot!! I love hot showers but this was literally burning my body. As an apology I was offered a free snack…seriously?

The breakfast is the worse !!

Charged for parking , website said free parking I've never paid for parking at a Hampton Inn before and if you plan to start charging I'll find a new chain. Bed was hard as a rock could have slept on the floor and been as comfortable. Staff nice and friendly, clean and nice pool.

The hotel was clean, everyone was friendly. The coffee could have been hotter, but overall I enjoy this hotel. The location to shopping, eating & of course the beach!

The employees were very friendly and accommodating and helpful. It could use a little update in the room and A more comfortable mattress. The breakfast was decent. The location was wonderful.

Very dirty with stained carpets. Also very uncomfortable furniture throughout and horrible beds. People working were very nice

Carpets throughout the hotel are disgusting dirty. Furnishings in lobby are likened to sitting on a stone. Really bad. Beds are of the poorest quality and very uncomfortable. People were nice, location is awesome. Noise all night long and charged us a small fortune for two rooms in a dirty hotel.

It was a great stay

The pool was closed for repair all day. We had to pay for a bottle of water. We got in at night and there was no parking space available. We had to park across the street by a sign that said car would be towed.

Love the location! Walk everywhere and so close to the beach!
