Breakfast was OK. The personel liked loud disco music in the morning!

Wonderful service and comfort as usual. Love coming back to this hotel. Close to everything, walkable, great breakfast.

Nice stay

The hotel position is great and the service is also. Interior is a bit old style and cleaning can be better with a bit more attention to detail. We did not found towels and they brought us new ones immediately.

I stayed here a in 2019 and it was a really good experience. Sadly this time round the hotel has gone downhill (for a four star hotel). The staff are not very helpful and do not go out there way to do anything. The rooms are not cleaned well and there are cobwebs in the room when we entered (still there when we left). The furniture are old and need updating not to mention the wardrobe breaking while we stayed. There is also no way to lock the room if you have a toddler which was also a major inconvenience. For breakfast boiled eggs are served cracked every morning having mentioned this every time we went for breakfast. I would recommend finding an alternative hotel if you require four stars.

The staff of the restaurant not professional at all

I was in town for 2 days and stayed at this hotel. It’s a beautiful, clean and professional hotel. My room was large and clean and I loved my stay here and would defo stay again

a perfect hotel

This is my favorite hotel in Bucharest because it offers reasonably priced quiet suites that you will not find at the Hilton, Intercontinental, Epoque etc... I visited them all.... The bedroom door is not the entrance door, so you cannot hear slammed doors and elevators like you hear in most luxury hotels in the US and all over the world. The breakfast is awesome and very internationally diverse! (And included!) Beds are comfortable with the best foam mattresses for lumbar and neck support (better than Hilton's or IHG or Holiday Inn etc). It is soundproof (which is rare) by the building construction. Clean, nice services, kind receptionists. Let aside the fact that these are apartments with a bedroom, living room and kitchenette's, they are have a frigo bar that by US and Western EU standard cost ... are very affordable. People who leave bad reviews I think do it either out of envy, or personal reasons... I have come here from the US each and every year over the past 12 while experiencing other 35 luxury hotels around the world. This is the only place where I can sleep....

The room size was tremendous! Having a bedroom and living room made our three night stay wonderful and relaxing. The pretty pink breakfast room on the sixth floor was very nice with a variety of juices, coffees, breads, cheese, meats, eggs, etc. Large bathroom and shower. I highly recommend this hotel.

Almost everything

The hotel uses awful scent in their lobby. I liked the hotel but because of this awful smell I didn't put evaluation as "excellent". I do not know the reason why their premises must smell so awfully

Excelent property, walking distance of city center and old city

Excellent staff and service

I like this place a lot. Staying here every time in Bucharest. Very central, nice staff but the biggest advantage are very specious rooms - mostly with separated living room and bedroom. There are some minor issues (furniture is rather low quality and some pieces looks used, elevator is very small and very slow) but in total an excellent hotel.

Great places to stay

My stay in Hotel Cişmigui was great from start to finish. The staff at reception were all very welcoming. I was very impressed with my room. It was spacious and had great facilities including a walk-in shower with plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The room overlooked the main road but traffic noise did not disturb my sleep. The dining area for breakfast was located on the 6th floor was also really good. Good variety of fresh food and drink available. Fantastic view from the balcony area. Hotel Cişmigui will be my first choice when I next visit this amazing city.

Hotel looked renovated but some details show that it has been quite some time. Room was very spacious. Surrounding area is nice.

This is my fifth stay at this hotel and it keeping up the excellent standards as always. Staff are very friendly and Toni on reception is an absolute gentleman

Every thing was perfect exept the quality of the beds. Too narow and too soft. I had to sleep on the couch.

A little out of the town centre but taxis are cheap. Would stay again.

Lovely hotel with modern upgrades in a historical building in the Old Town. Walking distance to many sites. Friendly staff -- lent me a phone charger and electric plug adaptor when I asked one upon arrival.

Location great, not in the old time but only 5 /10 mins walk, felt safe. Bucharest is a very walkable city, in my opinion. Staff friendly and efficient. Room with separate lounge/kitchen all clean, tidy and comfortable. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

Chose to stay here for the fourth time as the facilities are great and within walking distance of all the local hotspots. The staff are friendly and attentive dealing with issues quickly and efficiently. Would not hesitate to stay here again on next visit 😊

Hotel was lovely, breakfast area was nicest I've experienced. The room was quite warm and thermastat didn't seem to adjust. Slight smell in the bathroom drains but not too bad. Toilet roll was not replaced once used. Room was really clean and tidy. Comfy bed and nice pillows. Would stay again

Our three night stay in the Deluxe suite was excellent, the room, service and facilities couldnt be faulted. I have no hesitation in recommending ataying here.
