The hotel is clean and the ladies working the kitchen were extremely friendly. The bed however, was firm and the pillows flatten instantly. It is conveniently located across from Banner hospital.

Ben was amazing with our check-in, very helpful, and had the answers to our questions.

Hotel location very convenient and comfortable. The only complaint is the bathroom is outdated. Older Tub instead of walk-in shower (as experienced in other RI - it did have a semi-circle shower curtain pole but a standard size shower curtain so it didn’t cover from side to side.

Room was not at all what the pictures represented, dirt, grime, broken furniture. When I talked to the staff they didn't do anything to help and accused us of lying.

It was a great experience and the staff was very friendly!

On our fourth night here our car was put on blocks, window smashed in and all four tires and rims gone on our suv. They had video of the guys doing it but the police have no idea who it is just that it’s happening a lot around that area. The hotel didn’t seem to care. It was very disappointing. We didn’t have anything fancy on our 2018 suv.

The facility is nice. However, housekeeping does not exist. They never came and cleaned our room or took and replaced the towels. We stayed for several days and never had housekeeping. We inquired about it and still, nothing. So, if you like living amongst accumulated garbage and used towels, this is the place for you.

Process to check in was fast and easy! Ben was amazing and so helpful.

Love the Bonvoy by Marriott, second one in week and a half. Fairfield had a more comfortable bed, than residence inn, which was to hard.

I had to make a last minute reservation to get out of a problem with the room at a nearby hotel. Wow the difference between the two hotels, it was like night and day. The Residence Inn in Gilbert was so much more of a good quality hotel that it saved our Thanksgiving holiday, which we were in town to celerated family.

There are four things a person looks for in a hotel: clean, good bed, TV, and staff. This hotel is wonderful. Only problem was the TV in my room this stay didn’t work and no one seemed to know how to fix it.

Stayed here with a girls soccer team playing a weekend tournament. It was a great place for the team to bond when not playing and parents to relax. We loved being able to walk to Jamba, Starbucks, fast food, and a bar/grill for dinner.

Had the best guest service at this location! We had an issue with our room and bed size and the ladies at the front desk (Savannah and Meagan) took care of it so quickly and with no issue! We will definitely use this location again!!!

Under major renovation and not advertised when booking. Halls are a mess they shouldn’t even be open. Rooms need to be remodeled and my shower had gross stains. The breakfast was also subpar, the waffle was the only decent thing.

The service was bad, The staff was not helpful in resolving issues. Expedia booked a different room not sure if this is a glitch in the system or the hotel but they made me switch rooms in a hurry then my husbands work boots stayed in the room and when I asked about them 2 hours later and the next day also they never found them and we were positive they were In there we won’t stay again.

Check-in was a breeze! They accommodated my special request with no questions asked.
The only hiccup is the renovations of the front lobby, which resulted in nearly ZERO inconvenience to us. I think it bugged the staff more than us.
