No one at the front desk, had to call was was told to give her a minute. Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Chair had stains all over it. Fan covers were in the sink, exposing the exhaust fans. Grime on exhaust fans was visible and disgusting. There was a jalepeno stem laying on the bathroom floor. Wall paint was chipped. Beds were very uncomfortable, pillows were rock hard. Didn’t stay for the second night, got a different hotel.

Had to wait at the front desk for several minutes before someone showed up to check me in, and it wasn't late in the evening either. Not ideal after a stressful day on the road and all I wanted was to collapse in a bed.
Walking to my roon I had to go past 5 bags of trash piled up in the hallway along with a bunch of pizza boxes. My dog didn't have any issue with it, but I found it off-putting. This trash was still present the next morning.
The room was alright though, nothing to complain about there.

Pros: Inexpensive room, easy check-in, close to the interstate, comfortable bed, decent shower.
Cons: No smoking policies are NOT enforced, hallways are full of haze from cigarettes and cannabis being smoked in the rooms, especially bad on the first floor, blood stains and other stains on the bedding from past customers, room was fairly dirty from previous residents, not properly cleaned, hotel inside is also dirty, windows are filthy.

Out dated hotel? Service was ok, but someone used our handicap parking space and they weren't handicap! No parking left!

Although I thought I had entered in that I was traveloing with pets back when I had reserved, I guess I had not. The front deskl did find me accomodations on the second floor which was apprecioated. Other than realizing some of the ohter people staying there on my floor were smoking ( not cigarettes) of which I distinctly smelled in the hallway, all was fine. Sign of the times.

The manager Zia was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. I will definitely use again. Great price for a comfortable, clean room!!

Bed box spring was broken. Sunk in to the middle of the bed all night. Smoke detector in next room was beeping.

No outside lights at night, very dark parking lot! Inside door latch broke on door. Very slow check in!

We checked in 9pm so it wasn’t the easiest place to find, and it’s in more of an industrial area. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband and I were on a road trip, and this was a good place to just stop to spend the night.

Nice place to stop to spend the night. No on site dining or other amenities. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Description says it has a kitchen, and it does, but no dishes, maybe you have to request them. We didn’t need dishes as we only stayed the one night, and there is coffee nearby.

Kind of run down. There were holes in the carpet. There appeared to be a bullet hole in the window. The bathtub looked like it had mold in the seems. The metal bed frame was a nuisance. Check in was sl ow.

Well it was good except my husband almost fell in the bathtub he didn't realize there was a slope. No rubber strips in the tub it was very slippery and scary to use even for myself as we are senior citizens. Trim in the bathroom and the light switch needs to be washed they were kind of dirty and so were the bathroom walls. Could use one more garbage can in the area where the bed is because we filled up the bathroom garbage pretty fast. Other than that we had a good stay and enjoyed ourselves the pillows were rather flat but we can bring our own next time. Nice place to stay. Will probably stay there again if we are ever in Dickinson again. We had a nice sleep cuz it was very quiet.

The room we stayed in was not clean at all. There was dust and dirt on top of the fridge, stains on the sheets, holes in the chair, and wet stuff on the bathroom floor. The room looked like they had started to remodel/paint it but then just made the bed and gave it to us. We were unable to get a different room because it was the last one. Our room was reserved for a couple weeks. We were not happy with the room or the service by the staff. Only the maintenance guy was friendly and tried to help us clean up whatever was on the bathroom floor. I do not recommend this hotel at all! Will probably never stay in a red roof in again.

Very noisy. Each and every door slammed in the building. No hydtaulic door closers or rubber stoppers. People staying had to respect tor others as with time of night and actuvity. Every piece of equip in gym is broken. Staff got not support from corporate to fix anything. Short staffed for housekeeping. Kitchenettes were decent. Shower pressure could be better.

Stayed less than an hour because there was mold everywhere. Which is something I am allergic to. Lost the money for it. Also I was picking up a kid. And I had to do what was safest for her. I wish I could get that money back.

I had a terrible experience at the Red Roof Inn in Dickinson. Upon arrival, my reservation couldn’t be found, leading to a frustrating back and forth with the front desk. The room smelled awful (and the bathroom worse), the towels were dirty, and the air conditioning made a loud clicking noise The worst part was the lack of security, I heard someone loudly pacing above me late into the night, and with sketchy individuals entering through an unlocked side door, I genuinely felt unsafe. I ended up leaving a day early because of how uncomfortable I felt. I won’t be staying at a Red Roof Inn again.

The hotel was terrible. The floors were filthy, our room had not even been vacuumed. The bathrooms were full of mold. The bathtub had a crack in the bottom of the tub so we didn’t even dare take a shower. The shower curtain was full of mold. The bathroom had an awful smell in it, and the water tasted terrible. If it wouldn’t have been so late at night, I would have left and found another hotel and forfeited the money that I spent on the two rooms there. This hotel should not be included in Hotels.com.

When we arrived at the property after confirming my on line booking didn’t go through, the front desk guy assured me he had rooms so when we arrived he denied speaking to me and he sold all the rooms. So we had to looks for other rooms in the area. All the other hotels were selling rooms for outrageous amounts. And your pet fee should be by weight! My 3 lb dog should not be a whopper of 25.00 a night. So we did not stay at your hotel. He said we did not have a reservation! Which we didn’t but he did say he had rooms. Oh and when I dialed the number to ur hotel, when he was saying I didn’t call his hotel, when I dialed the number, it rang at the desk. So I told him it’s your phone ringing. I called here. Such an a h! I will never stay at your hotel ever again.

The rooms were big and spacious. Room was clean. No coffe maker in room, but coffee was available by front door. Hotel itself was very old. Vending machine with water was out of order. Staff was very nice.

Price was good, but smelled heavily of pot smoking. Doors slamming loudly all night with loud voices in hallways. Toilet seat broken and slipping off when you sit down.

The staff were polite, understanding, and accommodating. The place was dirty and run down in general. The first room they put us in had a horrible smell, which we later found the bathroom to be very moldy. We even felt ill after being in there only a short amount of time. They moved us to a different room. That room was ok, but the cabinet door was literally torn off and laying there, there was duct tape on the bottom of the door, and the chairs were stained and disgusting. I certainly dont think the Red Roof Inn name should be associated with this place. The garbages in the common areas were overflowing with trash. Much of it was alcohol from the night before where people were sitting out drinking. I would not stay here again.

Room was to have a ice box,qween bed.im5-9 and my feet hung over edge,when i spoke to front desk they gave me the runnia round.while i was in lobby there were 9 people leaving and a guy at the desk canceling all therer rooms.while standing in hallway talking to someone leaving i used a couple cuss words .the told me when i walked by her she was kikin me out with no refund,i refused,she called the police ,when they got there ,i told them what happend,they told her to give me a reciept showing a refund she did that and i left.that lady is terrible
