Noise from room above us for several hours in middle of night. Didn’t get much sleep.

I have had the worst luck checking in with the Hilton App. I checked in the night before and made sure to pick an available room away from the Interstate side of the hotel because I am a very light sleeper. When I arrive they tell me that room was given to someone else and I was moved to the room closest to the freeway. Definitely hear the traffic within the room. If you are reserving a room, the higher numbered rooms are the ones further away from the traffic.
Hotel is clean and has plenty of parking. Breakfast is typical Hampton Inn quality. I had the unfortunate experience of checking in right after a youth travel team checked in. They were put on the floor above me so there was quite a bit of noise coming from above from 10pm-11pm but that is no fault of the hotel.

The beds were too soft. The tv was difficult to use and would not turn off without pulling the plug. Property is run down and breakfast very poor.

I would like to thank Crystal and Izzy for outstanding customer service. I originally booked the wrong dates and Crystal was able to fix it for me!!!! Upon check in I met Izzy (?) and he could not have been more personable or friendly!!! Great hotel, gorgeous Mountain View from courtyard, excellent front desk staff!!!

Brandi at the front desk was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to make sure our stay met our expectations. She escorted us to our room to make sure it worked for me since my knee makes it hard to access certain areas. She was a bright light when we were checking out.

Stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean and comfy but the window looks out to an enclosure space on the roof, not pleasant. On the second morning, the coffee pots were empty 30 minutes before the breakfast was over. Only decaf was available. And the sausage was still warm but dried.

Bed making noise every time you move. Changed room - same issue in another room. They should upgrade all the beds. Also, bathroom is not cleaned properly.

There’s a gas station on the corner with a long line of trucks took me one hour just get into the parking lot when I got to the room the bed was not made of the carpet was ripped. The chair is dirty just a scummy place however, the lady the counter was very sweet. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Pet friendly so I pups stayed with us. Really appreciated that. We had three people staying in the room. One was a King bed, one was a sofa bed. There were only two pillows on the King Bed and two on the sofa bed and they were Twin bed sized pillows. Feather pillows with absolutely no form to them. We used the sofa cushions as pillows b/c they were so small and flimsy.
The only thing I didn't appreciate was a $50 "incidentals" holding fee that was not disclosed in advance and took 3-5 business days to refund. This feels like a money grab. Thousdands of people across these hotels having $50 held for 3-5 days adds up to a decent chunk in interest earnings over the year. Felt shady to me.

The hotel was not only extremely convenient location wise for all the things we (my boyfriend, myself, and our child) had planned to do during our stay, but the hotel staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating. Breakfast slightly changed day to day, which we were pleasantly surprised by too.
I only removed one star because housekeeping missed our room on our last full day in town - but we managed anyway.
We do plan to come back and do a few more things we didn't get a chance to do this trip, and we will more than likely be staying here again.

As with all Hampton Inns, everything is always convenient, clean, comfortable. This hotel was especially perfect for our trip with grandchildren because of the pool with water slide.
