We booked 2 suites. Pleasantly surprised. Very clean and spacious. The only complaint we had was the sofa was very uncomfortable. It was the only place to sit. Our son slept on it and was not comfortable at all. Would suggest requesting a roll away bed. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend

The sofa bed was on the floor very hard no mattress.Saw a roach. Call front desk serval time no answer. Finall answer and said they get so many complaints. This need to be told upfront. $170 too much nog worth it. As a travel agent this is horrible

Receptionist made me feel extremely uncomfortable, kept asking what I was doing there if lived in the same town. Wanted to know where I was employed. Made me so uncomfortable that I didn’t even stay, I left 30 mins after check in. My house flooded is why I needed the room but I made other arrangements. Will never stay again and lost $145 because no refunds.

Some people that checked in next door to me were extremely loud. After waking me up at 1am, I ended up contacting the front desk after an hour of listening to them blast rap music. The front desk immediately took care of it, and I was so grateful 😊 There was a mix up with my billing and my card but it was fixed. The place was very lovely, very clean, and accommodating. Would stay here again, and I am not the easiest to please.

The king suite was a FULL bed! The sleeper bed had NO MATTRESS, and was a fold out couch which was a semi padded wood frame as a bed. Unacceptable for any adult for sleeping. There was a small tv and no usb ports in the rooms or v

We walked into our room it smelled like mildew, we pad 184 for one night not to be able to sleep in comfort. The bathroom was half cleaned, nasty finger prints that looked like dried up blood. Over on the wall by the lap it was a spilled spattered mess on the wall that wasn’t even cleaned up. Very upsetting especially staying in a Marriott own hotel. Worst part about it this was the only room left at this sold out hotel for the night. For the start of the check in process it was great the guy was helpful and professional the lobby looked promising, it was the room we stayed in made all this a terrible experience. Room 120

Overall, just okay. The room was listed as a double queen bed, but they were clearly not.. two adults fit with little wiggle room. The evening staff was nice, they solved my initial booking issue pretty quick and got us up to the room but the staff as we checked out couldn’t be bothered with us as they were in the middle of a conversation about the coworker they hated. The room was clean, I wish room service would have came during our stay to at least empty the trash and take the linens. Good size suite for 5 people though, can’t complain at $175/night. Pretty fairly priced suite in town.

I personally think this is the best hotel to stay at in Aiken it's always been very clean staff is fantastic there's not any loud people or music or trouble or anything like that at this hotel and every room has like a little kitchen in it with the dishwasher it's just really awesome place The housekeeping is really sweet and like I said the cleanliness is exceptional this is a really nice place

Hotel employee charged my card again at check in (over what I paid on hotels.com) by mistake & the hotel would not fix it. The employee made a mistake and swiped my card for the room charge , instead of charging hotels.com who I already paid. Management won’t be in until Monday and I was basically told to take it up with hotels.com. Hotels dot com didn’t make the mistake the hotel did there they should be the ones to fix it. Double charging people who are traveling and not immediately taking action to fix it is an issue. Now I have to wait who knows how long and be on the phone trying to fix their mistake. Not a good experience. Tub is also broken.

I booked a room last minute for a softball tournament and wanted a hotel near the ball park. I was a little disappointed when I pulled into the hotel parking lot, it’s not quite what I imagined based on the photos online. However, the front desk staff were very friendly and the room was updated, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was good. It’s not the nicest place I’ve ever stayed, but it was a great room for the value. I would absolutely book here again if I visit Aiken again in the future.

I love that this property was clean, and right across the street from Walmart. Full kitchen in my room which worked out perfectly. Easy options for breakfast. I loved my stay here. Anytime I need to come to Aiken this will be my hotel of choice.

We were assigned to a room that had not been serviced. Second room was dirty, clearly the carpet had not been vacuumed for weeks. Bathroom had orange mold on tiles and faucet handles and toilet had urine residue on the seat. Room was dusty and overall disappointing. I am shocked Marriot Bonvoy would allow this facility to relate to their brand. Would never consider staying here again.

The staff were pleasant. The breakfast was nice for a quick hotel meal. My only issue is the parking. Most of the parking is in the back of the hotel and dark. I wasn't comfortable with the parking, but the hotel and staff were great.

We liked everything about the place!! The staff was friendly, the room was just right for us (2 older people), and breakfasts were fine. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Aiken area.

My stay was nice & comfortable. The staff I encountered was polite/helpful. Check in was smooth. My room was nice, clean, and included a kitchen. I didn’t stay long, but I enjoyed the breakfast and it looked like the gym area was nice as well.
There were construction upgrades going on, but nothing was disturbing or unkept. I really liked the weather board near the entrance! Hand-drawn, I believe, showing the weather for the week.
The area has plenty of food and shopping options, but there are quick food options for purchase near check-in.

The hotel had not received my reservation info by the time I went to check in, and they STILL have not received it as of 11:00 AM this morning! I had to book another room at the desk in order to stay in the hotel last night.
I am requesting a full refund of the amount paid to Orbitz last night.

The bed was a double instead of the queen that was advertised! Soup dispenser in shower was empty, toaster was broken, dirty dishes in dishwasher, no cookware, dirty coffee maker ...!

The whole experience was terrible. We did early check in upon arrival to the room. There were pubic hairs in the tub and toilet. We complained to the front desk, they send someone to reclean and soMehow the bathroom looked worse. Staff was unhelpful and the experience was unpleasant. Don’t recommend this place

For a newer remodel this place has not been taken care of. Room was clean but everything was a little beaten up and scratched. Also fire lane turned into the parking lane. Not good

Too, much trouble getting checked in. Nearly 2 hours. but was not the fault of the hotel, mix-up in reservations.

3rd time staying in this hotel. Service has gone downhill. 1. Breakfast is not really breakfast. They used to have fresh eggs, bacon, etc, not it is just heated up food in plastic bags. 2. They ran out of blankets — what hotel runs out of blankets? I slept on “pull out” couch, which is one of those modern sofas that fold open into a sleeping mat. It is VERY uncomfortable.
