This was a pretty bad experience for $300+ per night. First off the room is less appealing in person. The air conditioner kept making a constant weird noise through the night. There was no body wash in the bathroom and the bed was beyond uncomfortable. It’s somewhere to lay your head but for this price point I wouldn’t recommend.

Excellent stay and location! The employees everyone has A+++!! Valet parking team very very good!! The only bad thing was the bed and pillows!! Location good to walk to everywhere to eat and best places!

Nice clean hotel close to Brickell City Center, public transportation and restaurants

Upon checking in to the hotel. I am pretty sure the initial front desk worker was trying to scam me. luckly i asked to speak with a supervisor. i am disgusted at how i was treated and spoken to during the exchange.

Was charged a tourist tax on items here when im not a tourist, live within the state, and was here for work, and wouldnt have gone out of my way to stay here for any other reason than necessity. And there was a german roach in the lobby nearby the front desk upon check out. Ive stayed here before for eork but getting turned off bh the hidden fees and decline in cleanliness.

Wonderful staff

We stayed for one night prior to a cruise. They do have a paid cruise shuttle, aprox $15 pp. We took an Uber. The room was very small and dark, with a tiny window facing another building/condo. The hallways were very dark. The room had vinyl flooring and tile that was not clean. My socks turned brown after walking on the floor. The room was okay for 1 night. Hotel could use a refresh. The mirrors in the bathroom were very old, losing some of the reflective surface. Bathroom door didn't close all the way. The front desk staff and the bartender were friendly, professional and fast. We ordered food from the WXYZ bar and it was very good. Hamburger and fries and the Korean BBQ Tacos. Overall not horrible, but the hotel is dated. The pics on Hotels.com were heavily photoshopped. The hotel is within walking distance to a CVS, McDonalds, and a Wendy's. Expect to hear allot of sirens. Staff was great.
