The hotel property is great. The neighborhood is just okay. Denny's across the street. It's in the middle of urban sprawl, but conveniently located. It's an easy drive from Hollywood-Burbank Airport.

The hotel property itself is great. The immediate neighborhood isn't particularly attractive, but is very convenient to Hollywood-Burbank Airport (BUR).

The hotel was very nice and so was the staff. The neighborhood was not the greatest. Another thing I didn't like is that the showers are not the most well suited for accessibility. My tub didn't have enough room for a shower chair. Other than that, pretty content

Universal studios and shopping malls and good restaurants are nearby staff is pleasant and helpful. They maintain IHG standards

Very good hotel to stay alone or with the family!!

Had quite a few problems with check in, particularly since the entire total price of the stay was not given to me at the time of booking. Overall, it's a decent hotel. The water pressure in the shower could be better. I'm a bit disappointed that the vending machines only accepted cash. The breakfast bar was really nice, though.

The room was clean, well stocked and housekeeping was helpful and friendly. The front desk was also helpful. Breakfast was better than average with many item choices that change daily. If I had to complain about anything it would be the noise level in the room, especially when the in-room refrigerator cycled on.

The hotel was excellent the appearance of the hotel was excellent staff was excellent. I just didn't think it was safe to walk around with my two grandchildren anywhere to go eat or just take a nice stroll at night .

Great stay, clean rooms, good breakfast, comfortable beds, and not far from Universal Studios. The pop-up food stands on Burbank st. were fantastic!

We like everything about this hotel--location, spacious rooms, great amenities (e.g. refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, safe), secure parking, fitness center, and a robust warm morning breakfast. Additionally, the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Lock did not work on door. Knowing that I had 4 people in my party, they only gave us 3 sets of towels and asked us to come down to the counter to get more.

Property and service is awesome but the area around this place is very noisy and full of cop cars going around loud in the night. My famiky had hard time sleeping. But the stay in itself was great at this place.

Nice in clean

As for the hotel itself, it's clean and kept nicely. However I had a less than favorable experience here due to 2 of the employees. My boyfriend and I stayed for 1 night, just a little get away because he travels a lot for work. In The morning as we're getting ready to leave, we get an abrupt knock at the door. My boyfriend answers the door and meanwhile I am still getting dressed. It was the front desk receptionist or manager with a security guard, asking if we had been smoking marijuana in our hotel room. They insisted they both come in and check out the room while we're getting ready to leave. They walked around and looked in our things and wiped the window sill with their fingers as if searching for residue of some sort.I was surprised they demanded to come in right then and there while im getting dressed, considering we were going to be leaving in the next 30 minutes. We don't even smoke weed and there was absolutely nothing we could have been doing to smell like weed. They said we got complaints from our neighbors that it smelled like weed, even though the hotel is literally located around several different smoke shops and dispensaries. Just thought it was really rude to come knock on our door accusing us of smoking and then coming in and inspecting the room while we're standing there awkwardly. It was just off, especially because they were like "yeah it doesn't look like you guys were smoking in here" and were like yeah cause we weren't. Won't stay here again.

We stay here ‘coz it’s just a few minutes drive to Universal Studios.To our surprise everything fall into place.The 2 queen bed room smells good as new and very clean. Well served hot and continental breakfast. If you choose to eat outside, there’s 2 breakfast rest within 5 min walk. All the other food stop which we call it hidden Jem are just short drive around the area. It has a security guard on duty. Front desk friendly and professional. Thank You for a very nice stay here. We will definitely consider staying here next time we get back to Universal Studios.

big rooms, accessible

All the basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are included in the room no need to bring your shampoo (they have large-sized bottles at the shower). I also read that if you call their front desk they will provide a razor, shaving cream, and toothbrush if you ever forgot to pack one. Excellent staff! There is a parking garage perfect for parking your car at night. We felt safe around the area. Only if they add more options for the breakfast, that would be great. Will come back here again if we ever come back to the area.

Friendly staff, quick check in, very accommodating (got me ketchup for my DoorDash), close to universal studios, plenty of parking, security guard on location, room looked clean and bathroom toiletries were amazing (dove products), area (neighborhood) doesn’t look good but inside the building looks new and clean, we didn’t hear any of our neighbors or even the traffic outside wasn’t loud at all. We would stay here again.

We loved staying here! Only a fifteen minute drive to universal and about 45 from Disneyland! Beds were comfy, room was spacious and clean, staff was friendly, parking garage on site that you can take directly to your room. Overall great hotel to stay at and we will definitely be back again next time we’re in LA
