The staff was very friendly, efficient hotel where everything was easy and pleasant. Our room looked over the train station, making an open window not the best idea. The bathrooms were quite outdated.

Hotel staff has good command of English. When we arrived and asked about food options, they had a map readily available to guests stating the various types of food around the hotel. Very thoughtful service.
Location is opposite Furano train station and there is a supermarket nearby so it is very convenient to stay at.
The room and furniture is slightly old.
There are chargeable washing machines and dryers available at the lobby.

Great location. Basic amenities and drug store nearby. Has a number of good restaurants near the hotel.

Check in and out services are good. Meals arrangements can be improved, especially the 3days advance notice for dinner should be informed in advance. We arrived on a Monday, and was informed majority of the restaurants are closed!

Perfect location, and a nice onsen.

Overall we were happy with the hotel. In terms of location the hotel is very close to public transport and a lot of eateries.

Excellent hotel with very nice staff. Always helpful, serviceminded and the onsen after skiing the whole day is just amazing.
If any suggestion when it comes to improvement would be to have a breakfast with bufé.
Anyhow - we will be back next year

Hotel does not provide complimentary bottled drinking water to the guest. One side of the wall in the guess room did not paint or apply any wall paper. Others are excellent.

Room is clean. Choice of Jap or Western breakfast every morning. Location is good too. Room size are standard, can't choose bigger room. Free parking few steps away. In front of JR station.

The room is very clean and the staff amazingly helpful. The only point requiring improvement may be that there is only one toilet in the lobby and, for visitors who have checked out and coming back only for the luggage, that may be a bit inconvenient.

The bedsheets were crisp and clean with no dusty feel. The bathroom was spotless. We had a pleasant and restful stay

Everything is great with the hotel. It is twice as expensive as a JR Inn in Sapporo. But I guess that is the price for Furano. The Japanese breakfast is very good.

Hotel is very near the JR station so it’s good for those who use public transport. Free parking is available onsite as well for those who drive. There’s also a supermarket behind the hotel and plenty of dining options surrounding the hotel. All in all, it’s very convenient. However, the hotel room we stayed in don’t have a blacked out night curtain! After sunrise at 4AM, we pretty much couldn’t fall asleep again as the room was fully lit up by bright sun light. Aircon in our room was constantly on start-stop so it’s quite annoying as well.

This is an outstanding, value-for-money hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, some of whom speak English, work to provide for you. The facilities are clean and modern. Shuttle buses are available and the facility is close to the centre of town and the station.
