Overall a good and clean hotel. Very close to Ithaca and one of the fairly priced hotels in the area.

The hotel is good. But our room was right next to elevator and my bed was shaking when the elevator was working. Also A/C was so loud. The breakfast is not good-no variety of food and not tasty.

Property was nice. Rooms are smaller, closet tiny, big tv and comfortable bed. Breakfast was decent, not much fruit selections. Eggs are not good. Small pool and no jacuzzi. Parking was plentiful.

Great hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and were very happy. The room felt new and very clean.
The breakfast was also good and had a different variety on our second morning. Not far for downtown and close to shops, e.g. Trader Joe's, Walmart. Definitely recommend.

The Fairfield is what I would call a 'template' property. Great location, comfortable room, great water pressure for the shower (and not slimy), plenty of bathroom counter space, well appointed room, delicious breakfast options... I wish all hotels were like this one.

Seems like the management of this hotel have thought about every detail. We stayed at the 4th floor.
Large rooms, large bathroom, nice employees, good breakfast, free wi fi, free parking, free soap and shampoo, all well maintained.
Definitely recommend.

Conveniently located near the town of Ithaca. Very clean and quiet. Buffet breakfast included with your stay. Staff is very friendly.

we stayed for 3 nights. at checkin, they asked if we wanted housekeeping and we said yes. As we left in the morning, we reminded front desk we wanted houskeeping. Somehow, we got missed.

Overnight stay for an event at Cornell. Hotel was convenient, clean, and breakfast was good and complimentary. Checked all the boxes for us.

We arrived at 2:47pm to check in. We were told by staff that we could not check until until 3pm. We had to stand in the lobby to wait 13 minutes even though our room was ready when we arrived. I understand if the room is not ready, you cannot check in but if it is and with only being 13 minutes before check in time, seems a bit ridiculous to me.

We traveled to Ithaca just for one overnight stay and this hotel worked out very well. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, the room was just the right size. Very nice place.

It’s an average standard hotel. Checkin was easy. Room was clean as was the hotel itself. Shower was good. I think, at this hotel there isn’t housekeeping unless you request it, which we didn’t realize but otherwise it was fine and would stay again.
