The hotel has an excellent location, close to many attractions. It's on a small lane, so getting luggage in can be a challenge, but with help from the hotel, it was a breeze. The room was spacious and comfortable, and lot of goodies were provided. Amenities were good. Service was great, especially from Jose and Ronaldo. Daily breakfast was excellent. They accommodated a late checkout to whatever was feasible. Overall, it was a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much at this hotel. The room, the breakfast and the staff were all great. We had a room with a wonderful balcony where we could enjoy a cup of coffee and the beautiful view of the city. Would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon the location is perfect, close to everything.

Great hotel! Beautiful inside, great bathroom. Offers breakfast for 19 euros each. Good. Not great. But hotel was wonderful. Front desk staff very helpful. Keep in mind we arrived at 1 but check in was at 3, they offer to hold luggage, if you are renting a car and keeping over night, pay the 45 at the hotel. Parking is very difficult in that area. Overall very happy with my stay.

This hotel is located in a great old town area near the Elevator and the Arch. It’s a pedestrian street with easy access to the metro, tram, and two squares. If you travel by car, it’s a little challenging to get your luggage to the hotel bc it’s a pedestrian street but a bell hop did come to the nearest street to help. Our room was on the first floor and I was initially really worried about street noise but the room has sound proofing and black out curtains with strong AC so we slept fine. The tea time with flavored water and snacks was a nice touch. My only complaint is that there isn’t much space to unpack clothing completely and there isn’t much of a lobby. We needed a short break fr walking and it would have been nice to sit in a chair other than our hotel room which wasn’t really possible. The front desk staff could not have been more kind and helpful.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Area around the hotel could use better security as there were many beggars approaching you while you were eating breakfast.

Very centric, in the middle of the city. Close to nightlife. Attention was excellent, full of small but meaningful details (e.g. daily chef made pastries, small battle of Port Wine as a gift, sardines and olive oil to go gift…)

We loved everything about this property. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve ever seen. The location was excellent—close to everything we wanted to see locally and close to any transportation needed for excursions outside of Lisbon. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel!

I have been so surprised by the service. they have 2 buildings and my room was in the building in front (new building). They showed me my room, etc. And they give you a bottle of Port Wine, and Wine, as well as Pastel de Nata :) Very good service. The breakfast is normal and it could be little bit better. But everything else, just excellent.

Steps away from Many historical sites . No parking .

Wonderful service! We couldnt get adjoining rooms, but we were put in 2 next to eachother at then end of the hall- the only 2 rooms on that side, so quite private. They were a little dark, due to only one small windowin the attic style room, but very comfortable for sleeping, with lovely amenities- service bar was completely stocked and restocked and included. Breakfast was tasty, they have glutten free options, fresh fruit. The coffee machine was a little disappointing. Staff was incredibly helpful in recommendations, setting up tours, and helping us with train tickets during a strike.

Everything was great though our one full day room service came at 4:30. We asked just for some towels as the shower door had a leak. We were back from a long day and didn’t want service as we were resting and showering for dinner. Also there was a smell of cooked meat coming into the room. It’s unclear if we were above the kitchen. At first I thought it was morning bacon but it continued throughout air stay. We didn’t say anything as it would have been too much trouble to change rooms. Staff at desk was always very helpful.
