Il bagno era molto piccolo e con un lavandino da barca inutile visto il lavandino in camera.

The location was great and the room was fabulous.

There was some confusion over the booking (my child hadn't been added) and I was nearly charged an extra 60 euros. I told the receptionist that there has been a mistake, but was made to feel like I was trying it on and told over again that i hadnt put my child on so would need to pay. I contacted booking whom confirmed it was their error. In my opinion the hotel should have contacted booking first to check the reservation. It put a bit of a downer on the first day. Then I received an email saying that the hotel said I cancelled my trip and didn't stay there, so I lost a reward with booking. So it has put me off staying there again.

Great Location, very helpful staff. Room was great, AC blasting cold air ( outside temperature 39C feeling 42 C). Hotel provides 2 bottles of water every day. They should also provide in room coffe pods, but no one refilled it. Complimentary Breakfast is just at the bar around the corner.. great value great stay. Thank you!

Great location, good beds, spacious room, nice little pantry for coffee, tea and had a microwave.

No options for veg/vegan diet at breakfast since breakfast is at cafe downstairs. Breakfast is very basis; my fiancée got 1 croissant and a coffee. Second day brought my own breakfast and used microwave in the pantry. Watercooker was not clean.

The property was located on a good part of the city and everything was within walking distance. Also the staff was super helpful with everything

Location is really perfect. İts close the shopping street and also old town. İts a last minute stay for us but we loved it. And I really need to say that staffs (I said staff but they are real friends 🧡) are really friendly and they really help us about everything ,even giving us water when we left the hotel was very polite . Thank you

Bit noisy

The lady at reception was lovely, helped a lot! We found the room to be perfect, always given bottles of water for free and extra pillows. Enjoyed the balcony that looked out onto the street. We didn’t find the noise to be too loud with it being on the street, slept well. Well air conditioned and cleaned room every morning. Would come back again 100%!

Nothing, just the breakfast side was slightly small options but was good what we had.

The hotel was in a great location on a pedestrian only street. It was easily walkable to many sights as well as close to the metro making it easy to access everything Napoli had to offer. The breakfast was at a cafe downstairs which was enjoyable. The staff was so kind and went above and beyond to give us recommendations and make sure our stay was enjoyable.

When we arrived, there was some hair on our bed that did not belong to us. Our bathroom also had a funny scent.

I love Oriana, she was very helpfull! Also localization was perfect. Close everywhere. Room was clean and big with balcony and aircondition. Bathroom is with big shower. They have kitchen room where you can make coffee if you want.

It's little noisy at the night. But that's the cost if you want stay in the city center.

The location is very good. We went to see all the attractions we want to visit on foot. Friendly staff, Oriana gave us very good suggestions for sightseeing. All the places she recommended were great.

Breakfast was just a cup of coffee and a croissant, a bit too basic for me. Maybe this is just an Italian thing. The hotel was not manned 24 hours. Our flight was in evening, our luggages were left in the reception area without a locker and unattended. Although nothing was lost in the end, I felt a bit uncomfortable about it.

Brilliant staff, room very clean and the bed was the comfiest I have slept im for some time. I was delighted I chose this hotel. Oriana is so welcoming on reception. The room has a small balcony overlooking the street which is nice to get some fresh air. Tea & cofee available at no charge. The minibar is well stocked and very reasonable.
