My granddaughter and I stayed here for 3 nights and we Loved it. The owners are absolutely fantastic. They are so sweet and friendly. They told us places of interest to go see. My granddaughter wasn’t feeling well and they were amazing to us. I highly recommend this place. The food was amazing.

Good nothings really around steepish hill

The room was very cold at night time, the heating had come on earlier but not for long. The toilet had toilet paper in it when I arrived and it was difficult to flush anything due to a pump being fitted to the toilet which didn't work well and was extremely noisy for adjacent rooms I would suspect. The toilet had a bad draft due to a sizeable hole in the flooring beside the sink pedestal. Staff were all great though and location was good also.

Food was excellent! Proprietor and all staff friendly, helpful and professional. Bedroom and facilities just perfect.

Excellent welcome , perfect hosts. Food delicious and good selection of Italian wine. Lovely small lounge for after dinner coffee.

Hosts were very hospitable and presented a finely run establishment. This has been the 2nd stay I have had here in 2023. Hope to revisit again in2024 when I hope to try out the dining experience as the breakfast was excellent.

Our stay at this hotel was great , lovely staff and looked us. The meal was second to none.would definitely stay here again.

We love the cozy atmosphere, the completely charming family who run it, the comfort, and the fantastic restaurant. We loved the food when we stayed here in 2012, and chose to return for this trip. Same lovely people and Enrico, the owner, is still the stellar cook. This must be the best Italian food in Scotland. We’ve come to love Nairn, and explored more of it this time. I would love to do it again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay in the Aurora hotel, friendly staff, my single room was quiet, clean, cosy and comfortable. Hotel in a central location and I had no problem with parking. I had dinner and breakfast both cooked freshly and I will definitely recommend people to visit and I’ll be returning soon

This small hotel is kept very clean and comfortable. The staff are attentive and helpful. We enjoyed having dinner in the Italian Restaurant within the hotel as well as a cooked breakfast. This hotel is undoubtedly good value for money.

Beautiful hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Perfect to visit Inverness, you reach it easily from Stirling/Edinburgh. The owner is really kind, she helped us a lot. There's an Italian restaurant there, I didn't try it but by looking at the menu, I'm sure it is amazing.

Hotel is cute and clean. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Staff and waiter were very professional and helpful.

Loved the service and the food, especially for supper. The only knock against was the proximity to the A96 which was rather noisy.

Lovely little hotel with an excellent Italian restaurant. Good location with plenty of free parking. Breakfast was excellent with very good coffee. I will be back when in the area again.

Made very welcome by the owner. Small family run hotel very near the Community Hall where we saw a concert . Beds comfortable, room clean and the breakfast was lovely.

I’ve stayed here many times & keep going back. Good parking at the rear of the hotel, very nice, helpful staff, clean rooms, wifi, good breakfasts & an Italian restaurant on site for dinner.

Hotel is easy to find and in a good location in Nairn, a lovely warm welcome when I arrived, room was clean and adequate for a single traveller, disrespectful other guest next door to me, playing very loud music in early evening and I was awoken at 3am with him loudly banging on someone else's door saying "open the door" this went on for about 20 minutes, but obviously this is the guest's fault and not the owners. Breakfast was nice, a big plateful!! No decaff tea or coffee option though but a few good choices for different foods. It was a pleasant enough stay for 1 night.

Hotel is small, as are the rooms but clean and comfortable. restaurant was very good, dinner was excellent. Breakfast also very good, but limited in choice. The owners of the hotel were exceptional - very kind and nothing was a trouble. All staff were very friendly. Nothing fancy here but exceptional service - would stay here again.
