Charged for “Mtn View” but actually faced a parking lot, A ozone detector was put in our room to control excess odor? And yes the room had a funky smell, front desk had NO idea what an ozone detector did? Heater was so loud it woke us up evertime it went on

There is no sound proofing, the noises in the hall way, the plumbing from above and next door, the people walking around in their room above all kept me from being able to sleep. Being able to sleep is the most important thing for me.
Also, your photo of the hotel exterior is misleading, it makes it appear the hotel is located at the popular hot springs, not true.

The staff is friendly, but most important the room was excellent. I love that they have lights that you can see everything it’s not dark and dingy like they’re not hiding anything all the towels and bedding and felt comfortable to lay on and use felt very comfortable and clean absolutely loved it they nailed it.

Cute hotel that has been renovated to look more modern. The service at front desk is excellent - very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and ready for us upon arrival. Would rate higher if the bed was more comfortable—quite hard. But overall we had a nice stay and would recommend.

This property was okay it was clean and the folks were friendly but the bed I slept in was horrible!
I had a hard time sleeping, the next night I slept in the other queen and it was better but not by much. Nice place just could upgrade the sheets and mattress. Too soft and too thin for my liking.

I was a little disappointed in the room because I thought I had specifically requested a room with a bathtub and also a Mountain View. Also for a deluxe king room a microwave would have been helpful too.

Quite a last minute find on our trip through Southern Colorado. Check in was a breeze with the staff answering all of our questions.
Reminds me of a nice family run hotel with many more amenities than I expected.
Obviously has been renovated recently with vinyl flooring, good WiFi, a small fridge and coffee machine with real cups!
The property is located on a beautiful river walk ( hotel is appropriately named)
We walked to a local brewery for good meal and great local beer.
Will definitely stay there again on our travels.

The front desk girl made the stay! This was a small, quaint hotel, but the greeting we received and welcome in the morning, to best wishes as we left made the stay so enjoyable.

We stayed 3 nights. It was obvious they took pride in their facility and they were making upgrades. It was comfortable enough, though the bed was extremely firm (we thought it was likely new). Customer service was friendly. The location was fantastic if you're hanging around Pagosa Springs.
