This is such a charming property within walking distance of many eateries and shopping areas. We had a wonderful stay - the staff was super friendly and offered to keep our bags stored both before check-in and after check-out while we explored the surrounding area.

Beautiful old hotel with quiet spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast. Superb spa and gracious hosts. One thing: the room was very hot and the AC was not working so sleeping was restless, even in the big comfy bed

It is a beautiful, old-world yet comfortable hotel. The rooms are large with great air conditioning and large bathrooms. Dining and shopping options are a short walk away, as is the cathedral. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if I were fortunate enough to return to Strasbourg

This is a beautiful hotel, we stayed in a superior room which was huge. The staff were great, it's in the middle of town can't recommend it enough!

The staff were impeccable and friendly! They welcome you back every night and eager to help in any way. I wanted a drink a little later than I think they were open…very nice gentleman turned the lights on and got a drink for my wife and I before bed. It’s small with only 22 rooms and that’s one of the things we loved about it. We would return!

The property was absolutely beautiful and was located within the heart of the city near plenty of dining, shopping and things to do. That said, there is no parking on site and it's a 7 minute walk from the nearest parking garage, which is ~$50 Euros a day. They advertise a valet service but we weren't sure of how to drive up to the property.

The property itself was well furnished and clean; however, prior to our booking we specifically inquired about the room’s AC functionality and ability to go below 20 degrees C. Unfortunately, that was not the case and we had to leave our windows open at night to receive cooler air, which allowed all the street traffic and pedestrian noise to enter. The manager claimed to be able to improve the temp, but despite my wife’s and my complaints, there was no resolution. Even when we communicated our displeasure with his promise upon leaving, he offered NO compensation of any kind. His excuse was that they attempted to provide us with another room on our last night, but that offer came at 8:30 in the evening and no difference in AC control! Poor service quality for our substantial three night investment at what is supposed to be a 4 star resort…NoWay!

Fantastic views, hospitable staff and delicious restaurants! We will come back as staff pays attention to every detail of making guests comfortable.

Beautiful old building in the center of Petit France. Very friendly staff, savoury breakfast and spacious room. Overall wonderful athmosphere in a historic building. Loved the secluded yard which provided a quiet oasis away from the busy streets outside!

Great stay in the center of old Stasbourg on the canals. Large rooms with king size bed. Very helpful and friendly staff.

We loved our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff were so kind. We had massages in the spa and spent time enjoying the spa amenities. Our room was comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. I would highly recommend.

The property is nice in the heart of the old island. The spa was good and the staff very nice.

Very nice property, location is great with access to lots of walkable areas. A school is right across the street, which was a little noisy in the morning and afternoon. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of selections.

Beautiful, clean and quiet boutique hotel in the most perfect location. Walkable to everything. We stayed in room 10. Surprisingly large room with separate toilet spacious shower bathroom. Loved the rain water shower head. Nice view of courtyard on one side and schoolyard from the other. Would stay there again!

We went for Christmas and everyone so nice and friendly. The hotel itself is in the center of everything we wanted to see while there. The front desk staff was inviting and helpful while the hotel’s bartender was a genuinely good man. The structure is amazing. I’ve traveled through Europe and have never seen such large spaces in a hotel. I can’t say enough about this hotel. We will go back.
