Stayed for 8 days and this hotel is definitely a hideaway from the busy streets down in the south. It's perfect if you want to get away from everything, but it's a little bit of a hustle if you wanna go and see something else, though you can lend a bicycle and get a round. It's pretty close to the nice beach club Baba Beach, that has great dj's playing on the weekends. Staff is nice and friendly, the pool area is big and the view from the balconies are great. Would stay here again, but maybe for less days.

The hotel is a bit remote, but this was fine with us since we were with a large group staying in a variety of nearby accommodations. The free bikes were helpful. Breakfast was good with excellent service. (This was the only meal we had at the hotel.) Our room was spacious, although it did have a lingering cigarette smell, and the large bed comfortable. The bath towels were huge! We were happy with staying on a higher floor so we could have ocean views. The levels of English vary from employee to employee. Be sure to check a variety of transport services to find the best price. Overall, it suited us for a lovely weekend get-away.

Hotel was ok, great shower and comfy bed but management needs improving, no welcome or bell boy, for breakfast anyone can just walk in nobody around seating or checking. bird poop on sun beds and havent cleaned in weeks etc... 2 star hotel with 5 star location

We stayed here for 2 nights over a weekend getaway. The upside of this hotel is that the staff are really nice, friendly and helpful. During our stay, we were a big group waiting for a pre-arranged van to come and pick us up to a venue. The pre-arranged van was late, and the hotel immediately arranged transportation for us. However, it is extremely disappointing and to see that a hotel that has such a good potential is now poorly maintained. The door of our room failed to recognise our room key card every time when we would like to go back to our room. It then worked fine again after the hotel changed the key card for us. This happened for like 8 times during the 2 nights stay!!! We need to go down to the reception to change get a workable key card every single time which really pissed us off. The breakfast was another disappointment. Very limited choice and poor quality. We thought the hotel was a 4-star hotel, but we would say its 3-star max.

Wonderful, quiet location, very friendly staff and noce food. Perfect holiday.

The entire staff was in training uniforms. The staff was unsure about what restaurants and bars were open. We were put in the wrong room and had to change rooms. Once we got to the new room the a/c did not work.

Highly disappointing. Hotel bills itself as 5 star beach resort and it isn't. Upon arrival we were rushed through an outdoor dirty dark hallway to our room. Room was spacious, but worn and slightly dirty, uncomfortable furniture, garish design, and bathroom lacked privacy. Similarly, the beach is disappointing, separated from the hotel by a canal. Same for the food, ok, but not for an establishment that bills itself as 5 star resort. Staff were hit or miss, with some eager to help and some treated us like a nuisance. Oh, and for some reason the hotel doesn't believe in hand soap. We requested hand soap for bathroom in our room and was told that there was none in the hotel - we ended up washing our hands with shampoo. If there was any positive it was the staff member in restaurant who went out of his way to ensure we received customized food we requested, and a driver who was genuinely helpful, friendly, and polite.

What a beautiful, well apointed hotel. We absolutely loved this place. This area is gorgeous. The Andaman is so beautiful here. We WILL come back here with more time.

The hotel has a dream situation in the Natai Beach. We had the beach for ourselves alone. If one liked to explore Phuekt (50 km of distance), one needs a taxi or hired car. The hotel offers moreover little support for fair prices. There are hardly restaurants and shopping possibilities nearby. If one liked to experience what here one is wrong! But to rest it is a dream!

Having booked 3 rooms six months ago we received an email the day before arrival telling us they were overbooked. They offered an upgrade or downgrade as two options. We took the upgrade with a free meal sweetener. The upgrade was really an underused suit which was not as nice as the pool rooms we had booked. The compensation for the room change was OK but it is so annoying to book well in advance and then be told your booking really does not mean anything. We will not be going back even though we are locals and live in Thailand. Reservations must be honored.

I wanted to like this hotel. Pictures are beautiful and accurate. This hotel honestly was built to be a nice facility, and since it's relatively new, it still is. The staff is nice. This is where the good ends. 1. This hotel is truly in the middle of nowhere. I'm talking zero lights at night for the last 5 kilometers, random dirt roads, not much nearby (except for a few random small resorts with no food.) What this means is that you have no food options other than at the hotel, and even though this place advertises 3 options on property---THERE IS ONLY 1. The other two are literally closed down. Delivery options are an impossibility (for real.) Phuket town or Patong (the beautiful stuff that you want to see is about a 30-1hr drive from the airport, and this hotel is a 30-45 minute drive in the OPPOSITE direction from the airport. This means that when we looked for restaurant options in Phuket, all of our preferred choices were 60+ KMs away. Thank goodness I planned ahead of time after booking and we rented a car. Doing anything was like a day trip. 2. The food problem is compounded by the fact that what is being served is simply not fresh. I'm talking fries that were probably a few days old and crisped twice. I'm talking meat that was clearly reheated (and I don't say stuff like this unless I'm pretty certain.) My wife and I simply picked at our food and left it alone halfway through to be safe. The included breakfast had insects feasting on it more than humans ever could.

This time of year, place was almost empty. bar at night had no people - not even staff! No ambiance, Beach was out across sand bar. Nice.

If you want a stay away from crowds, this resort is a good choice, a little far from the city however the awesome staffs are every helpful in providing excellent services. Staying in the resort to relax is just as great

Downside: Bus loads of very noisy holiday makers arrive at night and show little respect for others by using pool late at night which would be fine If they kept the noise level down from yelling/screaming/ shouting. Then ringing each others door bells at all hours of the night. Food at Hotel Restaurant was good and staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
