Really happy with the accommodation the pictures were exactly as the apartment looked. The Kitchen was well stocked with all the pots and pans. The Roof Deck was amazing.

Lovely, comfortable apartment with beautiful views and close to facilities. Would love to stay again and have more time to explore the region.

The Grandview Apartments are very spacious and comfortable with beautiful ocean views. Management were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant to have plenty of space compared to a hotel room. TV has subtitles which is very much appreciated for the hard of hearing. The beach is only a five minute walk away. It has a full kitchen so can make a proper meal. Laundry has a washing machine and drier.

Good location. Not very clean, had to clean food smudges off tables and plates. Toilet in main bedroom smelt like a public toilet. Staff very helpful at front desk.

Building manager was extremely helpful in arranging and preparing this magnificent upper floor apartment with wonderful views of the ocean. Great kitchen with all cooking facilities which was essential without the normal bar or restaurants you would get with a hotel.Easy parking with a secure under building car park. On outskirts of town so need car for eating out. Wish we had booked longer stay than the 2 nights!!

Nice quiet location, close enough to the beaches and river outlet for the kids. The managers were very friendly and accommodating - which is always appreciated. Would stay again.

We travelled to Ballina for medical reasons. This apartment was in close proximity to all doctors surgeries. We found the apartment to be clean, tidy & comfortable. It was within walking distance to beach, parks & cafes and about a 5 min drive to the main street of Ballina and about 15 min drive to larger shopping center. We found Peter & his wife (manager) very friendly and gave us some tips on markets etc in the area. We would have no hesitation in recommending these apartments.

This was a great apartment. Just a short walk from the beach and lighthouse, extremely clean with friendly staff. We all loved it. Would stay here again.
